Raven Motor Inn

Okay. Let's get the cons out of the way first and foremost. The room I got wasn't overly clean, the tub had some dead bugs and specs of dirt I had to rinse out. The doors are filthy and the radiators are falling apart. All of that though I can get past. What is the most unforgivable part is the fact the AC units blow out lukewarm air at best. At the time of this review were going through a lovely little heat wave where the lowest temperature of the day is maybe 33 degrees.nnNow for the pros. It's actually a comfortable bed with no signs of bedbugs. It's in a pretty decent location next to a grocery store, a few pubs and fast food for all your culinary needs. The guy operating the business is an absolute gem of a person. Kind and helpful.nnOverall it's definitely a place to sleep, but could use with a few updates.. mainly the AC. For the love of God fix the AC.

What you would expect for 90$ a night. They say it is renovated but the only thing new is the click flooring.nnBed and bedding was ok but everything besides that is absolutely filthy.nnCrumbs on the floor, stains on the walls, hairs in the fridge.nnThe AC unit is from the 80s, puts out more heat than cold

The Raven Motor Inn is one of the better places to stay in High Prairie. Food, clothing, gas and drug stores are all within walking distance that makes it nice if your new in town. The place is clean at a great price and the management is understanding.

There is ice on the inside, the floors are freezing and the heaters don't really work. the lights flicker when you use the TV and the microwave at the same. Decent internet though.

Worth the 80 bucks. All other hotels are fully booked, got in at 10pm and the room was clean and fresh. I'm not sure what people are expecting for this kind of money but I'm most towns/cities this is quite good for under 100 bucks. Does the trick.
