Very poor follow through. I do not feel I was given the time requires for my case. It was sent to trial and me rappaport took 2 other cases before mine but charged me for entire day in court. I tried to pay my bill his office was not open. Took in bank draft 1 day late and Mr Rapaport put a lean against me. I cannot get it cleared off my credit even though it was paid in full! This was 4 years ago. I have left over 11 messages to have him call me back I have never had a return call. I feel bad for his secretary. Mr Rapaport likes conflict and difficult cases. And he is NOT a fan of women. I heard more about his marital woes than my own. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very intelligent, straight to the point. He's tremendously educated and experienced in family-law. He was confident in his work ethic and achieved everything that was asked of him! I was very satisfied with his professionalism and determination. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Mr Rapoport charges $500 an hour. Tells you that a lot..but doesn't tell you he charge 1/2 hour if you leave a message or speak to his assistant for 2 minutes, he charges you an hour. If you don't like it and your retainer is used up, he takes you to small claims court. He likes to swear a lot and talk down to woman.. I WOULD NEVER recommend him to anyone..PUBLIC BEWARE

I was able to call Max during the trial on his cellphone and he actually picked up and answered a tough question I was faced with.

Max was great and explained what I had to do for my legal separation. Very sympathetic and understood what I was going through.
