Asked Randy for help regarding issues I am having with Union Gas. He stated he only deals with provincial matters, even though, Union Gas is regulated by the Ontario Government. In my email I detailed all the resources I had used to try and resolve the issues with UG and how they had failed. He wrote back telling me to try the very things I had indicated to him in my email that had failed. I don't believe he read the email and I may have received a form letter in response. He has been in office for 8 years. I think it is time for someone new to represent us.
