The food was Amazing! The service was great and really friendly. Our orders were taken in a timely manner and our food came out fast. I will definitely be going back again.
Rancho Viejo is a gem when it comes to Mexican food in the Spokane valley area. I very much enjoyed the Western atmosphere the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be back and highly recommend the Chile Colorado!Food: 5/5
My family went recently to celebrate my wife's birthday. I had the Enchilladas De Espinacas, two corn tortillas stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, onions and cottage cheese. Topped with melted cheese, green sauce and sour cream. Served with rice and beans. I had them add shrimp and it was fantastic! They have some very killer freshly homemade beans with their rice as well. We need to come here more often!
I am very impressed! Fabulous taste! Thank you again! : will be back many times
Honestly bad service. Go to Casa de Oro Restaurant 4111 N Division St. or go to the new restaurant Puebla restaurant 6915 E Sprague Ave, Spokane VLY. Here is my experience, since I arrived the guy who received it was just rude! He did not even tell us to follow him, he just starts walking… I figure I have to follow him, then when I ask him what was the special of the day he thought I was asking about the price or something about it and I said no I mean what is the special thing because is my first time being here…. He was just rude answering me back like I was being dumped or something…. Anyway… not sure what they think because I’m from Mexico I won’t let them tip or what? any why I always tip excellent to my waitress when I received good service, don’t overestimate a guy who is from Mexico who leave in Spokane Valley. So here my good fellows, this restaurant doesn’t have anything special that Casa de Oro or Puebla or any other Mexican restaurant has if you like the good service and a good atmosphere of humility and good food, go to another restaurant, not this. I personally do not recommend so they have 1 star because of bad service, and I won’t go back to this restaurant ever they lost one customer here, but my comment is now going to be here forever.
On a trip from Oregon to Montana and had good luck to find this restaurant. If it were closer to my home they would have much of my business. My wife and I had two different dishes and each had its flavor and personality. Neither my wife or I could finish our meal and the leftovers did not go to waste or maybe they did make it to our waists.
Fast, friendly service and good flavors. My son loved the nachos. I can't get over the store bought taco shells though, did not expect that at a nice sit down Mexican restaurant. They served me what I would assume were boxed Old El Paso taco shells. Any time I've ever ordered crispy tacos at a place like this they were fresh/homemade shells. Super disappointing, they got soggy and fell apart. I ate the second one with a fork. On the box it says to warm them up in the oven at 325 for a few minutes before stuffing, that would have helped. But if you aren't doing fresh/homemade for whatever reason I'd rather have been told that so I could order something different.
The Mexican pizza was delicious, but don't ask for extra cheese and sour cream it had plenty already, lol! But it was fixable. Nice chilled glasses too! Really good salsa! Could use some upkeep, the booths were falling apart. But good atmosphere, service and clean!Food: 4/5
Food is always so good! Service is friendly and fast. I go here often and am so happy each and every time. Able was my server tonight and he was just wonderful.
Haven't been here is 8 years since we moved. Took the family for dinner. Both of my son's ordered off the mids menu. They each had tostada's. Both had soggy shells that they couldn't even hold up. The tamales were drenched in a red sauce. I asked if they could take 1 back and serve it alone. They took the plate and brought back a wet tamale. Wet from water! They brought back the same tamale, I know because it has the same cut mark that my son made when we was going to eat it. I felt it and it had water all over it! Am definitely never going back. Horrible food!
