Ranchers is the kind of place you would see in a movie diner. The food all looks extremely presentable the service is very good, the decor is kind of unique it's this modern chic look... But the food is just awesome. I don't really stray away from the burgers when I order at ranchers just because they're that good. I've had their buffet a few times and it's pretty good the pizza is all right they're cheese breads are really good though. But honestly I just recommend grabbing their burgers they're amazingly good fresh breads good fries it's the kind of burger you'd see on TV just absolutely great. My favorites the backyard barbecue with no mushrooms on it but if you like mushrooms it comes in a massive pile, which I've had to pick off a few times after forgetting not to order them haha. The prices are extremely competitive for the quality of meal that you get. It's really not what you'd expect to be attached to a gas station it's a full out restaurant with just amazing burgers.
We stayed in Hinton for the night. Luckly we stumbled upon this place. Not only is the quality of the food good, the quantity is bomb. The schooner or as they call it, the "Rancher" is priced at competitive prices. Steal of a deal when you can original 16 for $11.99. Colleen was such a friendly and professional waitress. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that passes through Hinton.
My first time here, I was underwhelmed by my food. A year later, I popped in again for takeout, and was wowed by the deliciousness of my order! Both times I enjoyed the decor/ambiance, and the coffee was delicious, and the service is warm and pleasant. Plus there's truck parking on site
I had an Oulaw burger and it was huge and delicious! Bring your appetite! The server was very nice too!

nice big bright and friendly place. very good food. eggs benny excellent .Clean washrooms . Have eaten here many times not a bad meal yet.
Came here for dinner with some friends while on a trip to Jasper. The server Colleen I believe was her name was very friendly and the food was AMAZING! They had some of the best restaurant mashed potatoes I've had in a long time. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food and we ordered quite the variety of different items. The only reason they lose one star is because we waited a long time for our food. They were busy, which is understandable, although it's still a bit frustrating to wait that long. Overall, I highly recommend this place and definitely will return if I am staying in Hinton.
What lovely staff here!! So kind and welcoming. The massive beers and cocktails were well deserved after a day of adventures around Hinton. Wings came out hot, Crispy, meaty and saucy, and for only .55 each! Downside was the ribs, pretty damn dry... overall great little stop!
Amazing!!! Friendly server and the food came out in a blink of an eye.
Good food,good prices,friendly staff. Great place to eat!
