We were very pleased with the driveway repair and associated landscaping that Joe Ranaldi and his team recently performed at our Pointe-Claire home. Joe is knowledgeable, thorough in his work and we would recommend him.
spent over 2 hours to take information for the quote. I do a followup to the secretary lady, two weeks later. Two months later , still no quote. A simple, '' sorry but No quote'' email would have been sufficient .
Our driveway looks amazing and we're even getting compliments from our neighbours. Be aware that you may have to wait, but Joe is the best, and worth the wait.
The reviews that I read were not related to the quality of work offered. They completed work before scheduled date. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone. They are respectful and very knowledgeable. They do not try to take advantage and offer different options to get the best results.
Joe Ranaldi suggested different alternatives to solve our drain/driveway issues and we were able to select the one best suited to our budget. Very happy with the results!
