This place has gotten progressively worse since Covid but last week was the final straw for me, I won't be back ever again. I ordered 2 pizzas online YOU HAVE TO BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE, EVER! It took me a good 15 minutes to find online ordering FYI IT'S THROUGH FACEBOOK & NOT ON THEIR WEBSITE because that makes sense. My friend went there and picked up the pizzas and came back to my house. She told me the girl at the counter didn't show her the pizzas or asked her to check them to make sure they were right which you used to do in the past. We only had toppings on 1/2 the pizza for BOTH of them. I rechecked my order slip and nowhere on there did I make a mistake and ordered this incorrectly. I tried to call 3 times, but of course NO ONE ANSWERED! So I sent a message through Facebook going on 8 days now and no one has responded. I'm done! I'm going to Ziggy's in Sunapee from here on out. They're closer to me, they're cheaper, and I have to say their food is better! It's a win win win all the way around. You have really lousy customer service on your part Ramunto's, you used to be good but NOT anymore!
Ask for Tyler behind the bar. Exceptionally helpful, really funny, and fast. I get some thing different to eat every time, and love it. Wonderful selection of beers
Food was awesome - Ordered the Buffalo chicken Stromboli. Blue cheese was on point. Emily was my server. What an all-star. Greeted every one with a beautiful, smiling face. Made my visit to Claremont so nice.
Always a great stop. Closest to ny style you’re find around. Quick stop for lunch today. This place is great for family dinners too.
Food was fabulous, HUGE portions but that's okay, leftovers... staff was friendly, hard cider was great, I was even congratulated for graduating by the waitress without telling her i graduated that night. Overall great experience. *UPDATE 2022* Food is still great. Ordered the Mediterranean Pizza without feta cheese, and I think they substituted it with mozzarella without my knowledge. Probably so it had some sort of cheese on it.. overall still good here.
We got a few wraps to go. They both were really good. They each came with a bag of chips which were good too! If you're in the area for lunch this is a place that should be on your list to stop at! I had the chicken caesar wrap and the wife had The Vermonter sandwich. Park in the side lot that you access from the side street.
Excellent food try the garlic knots and a lively, inviting atmosphere. Very busy for a random Wednesday night, and service was a bit slow. I DEFINITELY would not let the slightly delayed service deter ne from visiting. I would call ahead or even opt for take out on a Friday or Saturday. Parking is a challenge. Parking: There is a small and often full lot across the side street, but NO parking in the front or on the side for a quick dash in for pick up. Parking across the busy 4 lane street in the CVS lot, or drive a few blocks more and park uptown.
Bought over $150 worth of food, including 2 wraps, 3 20" pizzas, cheese garlic bread, a burger, and the spinach artichoke dip. They messed up the wraps, instead of no mayonnaise they made them both with extra mayonnaise, which I didn't realize until the next day as we ate the pizza the first night. The cheese garlic bread is literally bread sticks with cheese dumped on top and literally no garlic flavor at all. The burger I ordered was supposed to have caramelized onions and cheddar cheese, there was a total of maybe 3 caramelized onions with so much cheese I had to remove some before I could continue eating it. Finally, the artichoke spinach dip comes with tortilla chips and a crouton-like bread with cheese, all of which was stale. Long story short, their prices are outrageous their food quality is extremely low as this hasn't been the first time, and then comes the service of which when I called the next day they expected me to drive there just to even consider giving a refund. I didn't have a way to get there so instead of sending someone here or offering a store credit they pretty much told me I either needed to come in that night or the next day and that they would replace it. It was supposed to be dinner that night, not the next night when everything else was gone.
3% Surcharge fee. I'm not sure anyone has noticed, but this restaurant charges a 3% surcharge fee for you eating at their restaurant. The pandemic is over… there’s no need for this. Restaurants charging surcharge fees are shady… all they need to do is change menu prices, but they would rather sneak in the fee so you won’t notice as easily. Horrible place, will never return here.
Our order consisted of two mozzarella sticks and two calzones. Our total was almost $90. Confirmed by a member of staff at a different store location, this is overpriced by close to double. Way to expensive for the quality of food.
