A corrupt false front that takes millions, possibly billions, in government funding to provide shadowy 'consultation services' for health care agencies in other states. Most of their "clients" have never heard of them, but Ramsell receives funding in their names for providing services they refuse to discuss with the clients themselves.

The "patient service reps" are without authority to do anything. They do not respond to direct questions merely rattle off some sort of company line. They never seem to return phone calls. Getting through to them takes forever. Their field reps NEVER answer their phones and leave you on hold before even offering voicemail. It takes three to six weeks to make an appointment at least in my area. Things mailed to them seem never to arrive. This organization should not be allowed to administer public funds! Absolutely shocking!!
