Went with my daughter for supper; service was prompt, professional, and accommodating. Food was very good but salty for my taste; item forgotten by staff but corrected off bill easily. Certainly not disappointed and would certainly return for more ramen!
Amazing service, beautiful presentation, incredible flavours! The best ramen in town for sure! The staff makes you feel welcome at your arrival and thank you when you leave. The fusion of ingredients makes a beyond belief explosion of flavours in your mouth that you won't regret. I'm not a big fan of ramen but this one made me change my mind. We tried a vegan option and a meat one, both of them are magnificent. 100% the dragon ramen, its falvours are very unique. Vegetarian options: Tofu
Best Ramen on the South Shore! And maybe even all of the Greater Montreal. The food was great! I loved the modern take on ordering: use your phone to select and place order, pay bill via phone again once you're done eating! I can't wait to go back!
First time trying Isshin, heard about this restaurant from family and friends and finaly decided to give it a shot. From greeting to finish everyrhing was on point. Our waiter "Shinobi boy" was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a japanese welcome, sat at our tables with water imediately following, then menus. He took a few minutes to introduce the menu to us as it was our first time. I opted for the shoyu with extra cha su. Meal was ready within 10 minutes! Once served our waiter kept his attention on our water levels, checked in mid meal and at end of meal. Absolutely amazing service. Definitely a must try!
Definitely the best ramen place in the South Shore. I've been eating there several times and the service was nearly perfect. I ordered a couple of times and even if it's 30 minutes from where I live, the broth were still warm and delicious, the Karaage was crunchy outside, yet quite tender inside. Highly recommended.
Ramen Isshin in Brossard is a must-try for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic bowl of Ramen. The broth is rich, savory and bursting with flavor, while the noodles are perfectly cooked with just the right texture. The toppings are generous and add an extra layer of deliciousness, making each bite a feast for the senses. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and the prices are reasonable. Overall, Ramen Isshin is a top-notch eatery that offers an exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Japanese food or is looking for a new and exciting dining option. Drinks, are must-try.
Very good ramen restaurant located at 10-30. The richness and depth of the broth was amazing! They had option for vegetable noodles for my kid that is allergic to eggs. The gyozas were very good as well. Definitely a must if you’re a Japanese foodie in the area.
Very good ramen. You can customize your ramen from the thickness of noodle and topping as well. Portion is just right for a bowl of ramen. We order Kotteri Shoyu, Assari Shoyu and Red Dragon spicy one, all good and we like them all. You can order by QR code at your table and paid online at the same time. Staff is nice, service is fast, the place is clean and bathroom is clean thank you for this and keep up good work. We will come back for sure.
Consistently delicious and never disappointed after a good bowl of ramen! My go-to choices are the stone bowl shoyu kotteri tsukemen the famous dipping ramen and spicy white sesame shio.
Really love the ramen at Ramen Isshin. I ordered a Red Miso with thick noodle and my boyfriend ordered a Shio with thin noodle, both are very delicious, Red miso came in a larger portion I honestly think it's enough to be shared between the two of us, but we still finished everything regardless as it's very delicious. The korokke is also perfectly fried, it's not greasy and quite light to the taste, just be careful as it's served very hot. The service is excellent, we didn't get the name of our server but he's very attentive, informative and has great energy. We placed our order via a QR code provided for our table and also made the payment online so it reduce chance of contact which is great for the pandemic. Restaurant is very clean, we went for early dinner around 4pm on a Saturday so not a lot of people which was good 'coz it's very quiet. Highly recommend this place.
