Some of the best ramen we’ve had in the area by far. The broths we had were amazing and the pork belly melts on your tongue. The spicy ramen was the perfect amount of spicy, and the black sesame ramen was incredibly unique and flavourful. We also really enjoyed the Takoyaki as a starter.nnIt’s a pretty small and busy place but the food comes out very fast so it’s worth the wait! The service is very friendly and quick. We also felt that the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food.
The place is a hidden gem behind the Landmark District. There is no parking available in front or maybe it is hidden somewhere. There is also a limited amount of seats inside considering that you’ll be eating a hot ramen which will take some time unlike a burger or sandwich. I like the ramen that I ordered here although it is not superb and nothing special about it. The takoyaki is also good but I like the takoyaki better in some restaurants.nnThe main point for me is the service which could greatly improve. They are not that welcoming and will rush you to order or pay. Some have difficulty in communicating as well.nnAlthough the place is well kept clean even the kitchen area which will tell you that your food is safe and prepared well.nnWorth a try but not for me to come back.
It’s a small place so you might have to wait for a table but the food was amazing just a little disappointed because they didn’t have any Mochi left. But I will definitely go back. The service was good and they had great vegetarian options. So heart warming
It was actually pretty good! I got the black tonkatsu ramen I don’t remember the name exactly, thinking it was black garlic oil - turns out, it was sesame lol.nnThat said, it was surprisingly decent. I personally found it way too heavy, but the flavours DO work. It was super creamy as well.nnKarage was decent, but very different from typical karage - the breading is different is the only way I can describe it. Wasn’t a fan of the sauce that came with it, though.
Best ramen I’ve had in Kelowna. Went at 7:40pm and the place was packed, along with a load of take away orders. Had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen & my wife had the Devil’s Arashi.
