There was a 15 minute wait, but it was worth it! I would definitely avoid the dinner hours and go early to prevent a long wait.nThe store was small but had a nice Japanese vibe. The waiter bought us water and the bottled tea was nice.nThe Kaarage Chicken was juicy on the inside but also crunchy on the outside and well flavored! The Takoyaki and the sauce were delicious!nThe Shoyu Ramen was my favorite, but I would prefer if the noodles were a little softer. I also tried the Tonkotsu Ramen, which was not as good as the Shoyu but also delicious!nOverall an experience I recommend if you’re visiting Banff!
Visit: April 2025nnHad the Arashi, which was good! The soup was hearty and everything was well put together. They ran out of bamboo shoots, so they gave an extra egg which was awesome!nnThe space is small though, and there always seems to be a wait for the restaurant. Prices definitely have the Banff inflation applied. Overall not too bad!
Tried Ramen Arashi in Banff for the first time and it did not disappoint! We ordered the Arashi and Black Arashi ramen—both were super flavorful and hit the spot. The staff were great and the service was really good. We went on a Thursday after lunch time and the wait wasn’t bad at all. Prices were affordable too, especially for the quality. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving a warm, satisfying bowl of ramen in Banff!
We would always come to this place whenever we go to Banff, and the service and the food would always be the best, and the hospitality would always be top-notch. I would definitely recommend you guys to come and eat here. I recommend the Arashi Ramen, the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, the Original Tonkotsu Ramen, the Takoyaki, and the Pork Gyoza.
This was so delicious! Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal and we were all rather impressed. If you can handle a bit of heat, you've gotta try the premium/spicy seasoned edamame. Even the veggie spring rolls were impressive. If I am ever back in Banff, I'll be happy to wait in line outside for this place! For dinner, expect a 20-30 minute wait, but it'll be worth it!
