The technician arrived as scheduled. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem and advised us that the refrigerator was, unfortunately, not worth repairing. He stayed longer and gave us excellent advice on what to look for and where to purchase a new unit. His service-only fee was very modest--in fact, so modest we gave him a bottle of wine as an extra thank you.

What a fantastic first experience!!! Our dryer stopped working on Saturday, we called around 10am, they were here by noon! They fixed the dryer, quick, easy and mostly painless. Our tech was nice, very professional and on time! We couldn't be happier with this company! We highly recommend them!
Great customer service, I was contacted for the technician to come out the next day and he repaired my dryer within 30 minutes. He also diagnosed a issue with my breaker which was causing my dryer thermostat to break repeatedly. He guaranteed a one year warranty on the replaced part. I highly recommend his services.
