Every time I am in or near Westlock I stay in this hotel. It is only my 3rd visit, but I am always very satisfied with the service, pool and slide, convenient gym, great parking, Timmy's is walking distance and they have a well balanced breakfast. The rooms are VERY welcoming and comfortable. My go-to hotel #1.

Went to my niece's birthday party in the pool area of the hotel. The kids had a blast. Very well kept area, nice and clean.

Doors keys did not work so we had to leave our door open to go for breakfast & take our bags to the car so they were safe. So no pool time either. The staff apologized but were not able to correct the problem & no offer of room rate reduction. 😒

They fixed the wifi issues!!!! Or I had a room in a better location compared to the last 6 stays. Either way it was a nice treat. Room was nice too. No complaints really

I woke up called the service desk to ask what time breakfast is open till, the lady on the phone said it ended at 10 am. When I went down at 11 am, a really kind lady named Karina asked me if i had called about breakfast and she gave me a bowl of cereals, bowl of fruit and offered much more. She is such a kind human being and she said she can't see anyone hungry, she displayed Awesome customer service and also put the Tv on for me while I ate breakfast! This was my first stay at Ramanda and I haven't experienced such good service at other hotels! She truly deserves a raise! Thank you so much! The hotel overall was really nice, clean, and had great features like the swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room! The room was really nice and big with everything modern and has a sink, Keurig, microwave, fridge, and the washroom shower had a massage mode with was so relaxing! Great TV,desk, sofas, 2 beds, tons of mirrors
