Had a great stay. Location is perfect. Cleanliness was good. Would have been nice to have trolleys ready. They did not get any for us. I found one on my floor after I carried everything up. Otherwise would have been 5
The hotel was very busy during our stay but our floor seemed fairly quiet. Our room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. I was surprised to have fresh towels and room tidied on the second day. That felt luxurious! The hallways are a little worn, carpet buckling in places making it a tripping hazard.
I've stayed here a couple times now enjoyed myself more and more with each stay, staff is friendly and egar to please the people walls are very sound prof making one feel like there the only one on the floor. It's always very clean and bright weather it's night or day
Beware the $150-$300 deposit you'll need to pay, even though they hold your credit card for payment. You will not be told this upon booking.nWe spoke directly to a person in the actual hotel to book, just to make extra sure we got the room we wanted. We confirmed the specific room twice via telephone. We were put in a different room upon arrival, and told our preferred room was unavailable. Their system says we booked through a third party which we absolutely DID NOT DO so nothing could be done.nThe room was filthy see pics with descriptions and the furniture dilapidated.nSpoke to manager at checkout the next morning, who took $60 off our stay. It should have been comped imo.nThere is a lot of homelessness and open drug use in the immediate area.nConsidering this was our second bad experience the last time we also had trouble with check-in, wrong room, dirty room, and broken jacuzzi, we will not be staying at this facility ever again. If I could give it zero stars, I would. HORRIBLE hotel.
We booked for three nights September 26 to September 29, 2025, two rooms, one was a suite. Our room was not serviced once during our stay. Although I talked to the front desk and said I’d be happy with a partial clean, nothing was cleaned. Two towels were put in the bathroom and that was it. No wipe down, no vacuum, no garbage pick up, etc. it was very disappointing. The hot tub was not functional. The breakfast on the second day of our stay was horrible. The hollandaise sauce was a lump, butter on toast stayed hard and not melted but tons of potatoes.
