Great hotel!! Wonderful staff! Nice breaky. Clean comfortable rooms. Pool & hot tub are well maintained and of a decent size.

Bathroom was very dirty. Black scum on many parts in or around the tub. Floors were very dirty. I'm very worried that other things in my room weren't cleaned as well. Breakfast was horrible. And the only reason I give it one star the pool was ok. Don't stay here you'll waste your money!!!

Horrible front desk service. We decided to stay overnight in this hotel in August 2017 because my company has a discount for "personal travel" at any Wyndham resort. When I told the front desk man that I have a corporate rate for our stay. The front desk person questioned me about it. Said that the offer only usually applies during work days, for people wearing a coveralls. It is a weekend, and it's not like I am working..bla..bla" I was shocked on how rude this person is. First off he obviously is oblivious of my company perks. Second, he just being rude simply by making statement about I'm not entitled to the discount, because of what he can see. I showed him the company offer. And who is he to question the offer when he has no full knowledge of what was agreed upon by Wyndham and our company (which is a large oil and gas company in Alberta). The front desk guy offered to cancel my room if I am not happy with the rate he is charging me (we went to Drumheller for this offer!). This person should not be on customer service. My company will hear about this rude employee at Wyndham.

My car broke down in the middle of the night and me and my little boy were freezing. Everywhere was closed and we walked to the Ramada for refuge. Jeremy let me and my boy stay in the lobby until we could be picked up. Jeremy also cleaned up after my baby boy had an accident. Jeremey was our Good Samaritan that night. Thank you

I made a reservation online and it gave me a total of 340$ but when I arrived at the hotel my total was 570$. When I gave my confirmation number along with the amount i was given and spoke to the company I booked through I was told Ramada should be charging me what I was given when I made the reservation. Ramada refused to give me the room at the price I reserved it so last minute my family and I had to find another place to stay. I've made reservations with the same Ramada 3 months ago through the same company and I was charged whatever price I was given online when I arrived there so I'm not sure why this time it was different.
