Good overall, but arrived at 5:15pm instead of 4pm. When you pay 190$ for the service call only, I think it's legitimate to expect a little more in terms of punctuality. Other than that, was professional, courteous and gave us a few interesting tips.

Charged me for two electricians to sit in their car all day waiting for Hydro Quebec. I tried reasoning that i would pay 1 electrician as the other didnt need to wait the whole time -They were told how long the wait would be from Hydro...

À déconseiller, ne respecte pas ses engagements. Annule rendez-vous 30 minutes après l’heure fixé et confirmé. Agressif , impoli et imbu de lui-même.

Excellent service professionel. C'est notre 3e fois qu'on fait appel aux électriciens de R.A.M. pour notre B&B. Recommandé fortement!

J'ai eu à changer un panneau électrique sur l'un de mes immeubles, Ils ont fait un très bon travail.et le prix était correct.
