First time we went there it was a Friday and we had no reservation so we were not allowed in even for the bar, the staff was rude and I didn’t appreciate that. Have heard so much about the place we booked for dinner on a Thursday night, by the time we reached there we were not hungry and switched for dessert and cocktails which was okay with the manager. The outside garden is just like in the middle of a garden which is very nice and relaxing. Tables are but close to each other but not causing any disturbance. For the service a big respect as when we were there we heard lots of glass breaking in the kitchen but the whole staff stayed calm and orders were received timely. The dessert was really good and loved the vibes, even the people around were all sitting for good time so there was no rotation for the tables. Considering a Thursday the whole place outside was booked and half of it inside. A nice place to try.
Amazing flagship store with all RL labels in-house, from Polo Ralph Lauren to RRL vintage denim line and purple label with beautiful suits! Not to forget the ever stylish and timeless sunglasses, bags and watches from Mr Lauren!! Ralph’s in court terrace-restaurant is also a must to visit if you are in the Saint Germain Quartier! We bring with pleasure our customers to the world of Ralph Lauren!

We had an amazing experience here , in polo accessories department. The sellers are very welcoming, we asked if by any chance they had some water and then we got 2 nice glasses with ice cubes and lemon, it was very kind gesture. Feels very comfortable, you don’t feel like the sellers are annoyed with your questions , perfect service !!!
Very nice Staff, our waiter even spoke a little German and was very funny! We only came here for the dessert It was really delicious! I recommend the „Ralph’s favourites“. Awesome atmosphere would definitely go back next time!
The store is probably one of their best I have encountered. It's like being in someone's home ... Someone with good taste! I enjoy Ralph Lauren products for their quality and I love the style. The service is close to exceptional. The staff goes out of its way for all customers.
The store is amazing, the staff is very friendly. Everything was in it's place and the art was amazing. As you reach the 5th floor, you are greeted by one of the original 13 stars and stripes. The staff at Ralph's Restaurant in Paris was very nice. The lunch service had ended yet they still seated me and served me drinks and appetizers. The Pink Pony drink and cake of course were chosen as the money goes to The Pink Pony Foundation to battle breast cancer.
Very impolite staff with high arrogance. Two men standing at the entrance of the store were just chit chatting..they don't even greet you when you enter. Then another male staff who saw me on other storeys also ignored me. You feel like you are invisible. Ralph Lauren isn't the ultra luxury brand This flagship store is appalling. Even Hermes store staff aren't arrogant as them. If you want to get treated walk in with high end luxury goods and they will then greet you. Unbelievable. Wake up Ralph Lauren! It is pointless to have great product if your staff cannot deliver customer service.
