My family and I have went to Rainy Lake Family Dental for years and we have always been very happy with their services. I recently had some tooth recontouring work done, and Dr. Steve took me through every step of the process, which was done in a careful yet timely manner. The professionalism and care I received were second to none, and the results are amazing! I highly recommend his work for this procedure and anything else you might need. Thank you to all of the awesome staff at Rainy Lake Family Dental!
Rainy Lake Family Dental is hands the down the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The office is state of the art, comfortable and top notch clean. The hygienist's and dentist's are all amazing with both adults and children. This is by far the best dental office in the Rainy River District!!
Dr Mike Botsford is an incredible dentist His voice is so calm and comforting I had many extractions to get dentures and he did three at a time. I didn’t even know he pulled any and I was done. He freezes the teeth slowly and very well. During Covid they allowed my husband in to comfort me! Incredible office. I highly recommend Dr. Mike
Family member had fillings done, after the numbing wore off they had some pain on the top of there mouth. Dentist was kind enough to see her the next day, then proceeded to charge us $100 for looking at what took him 10 min and , xray what he concluded was a cut from possibly biting a chip?... very poor customer appreciation for a family that just supported your business with a1000$ in a months time.
The team is accommodating and flexible! Dr. Joanna McQuarrie is very friendly and professional. I have had regular dental visits and am in the middle of orthodontics with her. Very happy with how this team is taking care of me. The office is clean and I feel quite safe every time I visit.
Terrible service. I had an infected wisdom tooth that had been bothering on a Thursday night, and had no choice but to wait until Friday to hopefully see someone. I was in an immense amount of pain, but upon talking to someone over the phone I called right away the next morning I received “oh the dentist isn’t in at all today. You haven’t been to see us in 5 years” in a fairly snarky tone of voice. So what, I haven’t been there in 5 years, I didn’t have a reason to and had no coverage. I told them my symptoms and described it as a paining wisdom tooth, the receptionist told me to take Advil or Tylenol and wait until Monday. HAD I WAITED. I would have been riddled with infection from an infected wisdom tooth and still in a severe amount of pain. I called another dental service, who switched over my information and got me in to a dentist within a matter of an hour, prescribed me antibiotics and referred me to an oral surgeon to fully solve the problem. Do not go here. They are not compassionate to their clients. They only seem to care if you have dental coverage or if you regularly see them, which I could not, and with the service I received today, I’m glad I didn’t and I’m glad I changed dentists. Now I can start to feel better and get this under control. With no help whatsoever from Rainy Lake Family Dental. Family dental? I think not...
