Rainbow is like a ninja on the day of, taking care of all the important day-of duties that make your wedding run smoothly. One thing I will note to have been the biggest asset and of utmost importance: her roster of incredibly talented contacts. She really knows all the right people to make the aesthetic of your wedding ooze elegance and sophistication. Her experience in wedding flow, in ceremony logistics, and overall wedding planning was depicted in the special experience we are a couple and our guests experienced. I can surely say that our wedding was not only unique, it is a wedding that you cannot replicate. Thank you for everything Rainbow!

Oh my word, Rainbow Chan is an angel! We had a destination wedding, and hired Rainbow to assist with our three biggest challenges Entertainment, Florals/Decor, and Photography. Rainbow has an exceptional network in Toronto. We recognized immediately that her industry peers truly enjoy working with her. Planning a wedding in another country was difficult initially, but once we pulled Rainbow in, things were smooth and convenient. Rainbow helped with everything, big or small. She is such a team player, too. As we traveled for the wedding, there were certain things that Rainbow and I had to tag-team or problem-solve together decorations, signage, international payments, etc. Rainbow never made us feel like a burden to her. Instead, she collaborated with us to make our vision a reality. It was such a pleasure working with you, Rainbow! This was the best weekend ever. I hope you can visit Texas one day so we may show you the same hospitality. Thank you for everything!!

Thank you so much for planning our special day, Rainbow! She was an absolute gem to work with and made our wedding better than we ever could have imagined! We were going through so many ideas together and went from planning a big wedding to eventually changing our minds to creating an intimate one. We would not have had it any other way. She helped us through the entire process and gave us the confidence we needed during the day off as it could not have gone smoother! While being in communication with Rainbow and her team, we found that not only was she super organized and professional, she was also just the sweetest and kindest person we've met! I appreciated that Rainbow regularly checked in with myself and the groom and our families to make sure everything was okay. It would have been impossible to do this wedding without Rainbow and her team! We hired Rainbow as our month of coordinator and she did an amazing job. She took over communication with our vendors, created an insanely detailed itinerary for us and ensured that our wedding went smoothly. During the day of, Rainbows team made sure to make our vision come to life. Our planner did an awesome job to ensure we were following schedule, made any adjustments as needed and that I had peace of mind. I would 1000% recommend them.

My husband and I worked with Rainbow for the last year and a half and we will for sure miss her & the team! The day after we got engaged, we had already reached out to Rainbow to start the planning process of our wedding. Rainbow provided excellent service for our wedding in June 2022. Her and the team were professional, friendly, and so efficient. We received so many compliments from our guests, as well as the venue we were at that the planning was so smooth and organized. We were very unsure of what we were getting ourselves into with our planning process and being designers ourselves, we knew we wanted to capture and balance 2 very important things: 1. an aesthetic and creative look and feel 2. an organized and guest-focused event Our search for a planner was more than someone who can just tie our event together from an operations POV but someone who can help us set a creative and dreamy vision and bring that to life with the appropriate connections and resources. Rainbow was our person. She has a meticulous and keen eye for design which we knew would pair well with our needs - her portfolio and work all exemplify her attention to detail and knack for truly creative and unique wedding design this balance isn't easy to find!!!. Aside from Rainbow's creative and decor services, she provided us month-of and day of services. I am so so so confident to say that my last month of wedding planning was my least stressful time during the planning process. To add, the day of my wedding felt like I was a guest to my own wedding as I didn't have a thing to worry about. Rainbow took the reigns to take so much off our plates. Prior to the event, she lead all communication with our vendors to ensure the day proceeds with clarity and organization. Rainbow led the day by managing the itinerary and all vendors in addition to leading the whole crew to bring the event together across getting ready, photos, tea ceremony, wedding ceremony, reception and tear down. She made herself available despite a truly busy wedding season and provided us the resources and advice to make confident decisions to best align with our vision. You're in good hands with Rainbow and her team - trust us!

Rainbow is fantastic. We reached out to her in 2021 and she worked with us for 529 days to plan our wedding exactly as we had hoped and better than we could've imagined. Rainbow is extremely organized, possesses amazing vision, and has a solid reputation within the industry i.e. lots of vendor contacts!. Leading up to the wedding, she found and coordinated all of our vendors. On the day of the rehearsal and wedding, she and her team Mirabel and Lorraine made the day so seamlessly smooth. All of our guests were shocked that a wedding day could go according to plan. Rainbow is just that good!! Would recommend Rainbow to anyone that needs a wedding planner.

Rainbow was a superb planner - very well organized, extremely professional, and always thinking of little details that I would never have thought of myself. Our wedding day would truly have not gone as seamlessly as it did without Rainbow's guidance. She directed everyone at the rehearsal and tea ceremony, as well as helping me change, adjust my veil, decorate the venue, and keep us on schedule. Rainbow was our number one advocate and worked with us tirelessly to ensure our vision was executed to perfection. There are also probably a million behind the scenes things Rainbow took care of without my knowing, anyone would be lucky to have Rainbow as their planner!

We hired Rainbow for our design and month-of planning and she made sure that everything ran super smoothly on the day of our wedding. She was great at providing recommendations for excellent vendors, helping coordinate meetings and providing input on design elements. She has a great eye for style, and understood exactly what kind of aesthetic we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day! She was also so organized and there was no doubt about who needed to be where on the day of. Her level of attention to detail was so helpful on such a busy day!
