High security and bathroom access is surveillance. The food court is great with sufficient seating and only 3 fast food facilities yet good quality and quick service
I wish there was zero because i needed to go to gym from back door and they are like you have to go around and be there. Ridiculous security guys they don’t want to do their job and are always wasting time doing nothing but talking into themselves. I called them and they were like no we will not open it and there was a generous guy who wanted to open it but they said no to him.
I do not know why they’re keeping mall manager Robert Green that treats customers and merchant employees of the mall like dirt where they don’t feel welcome even his own employees. He should’ve been fired in 2018.. wonder why the mall is so dead. . Maybe the mall should be turned into an apartment building. I do not know why Greater sudbury keeps some of it offices there when they got such an empty place at City Hall. Wonder why the mall looks like a ghost town. Robert Green should be replaced ASAP..
The mall is good. I was there for a doctor's appt. 2 things I would comment on though. Access to the washrooms, something other then using a phone to call security to have door unlocked. I get the why I just don't agree to this solution. The other is the mall needs a place to sit while we wait for our ride at the elm entrance.
Always a sketchy crowd. Decent little food court and the dollarama is good. The mall has nothing else to offer and could be either closed down or majorly revamped at this point. There's room for more stores. Better stores. Maybe some clothes stores or a pet store. Something useful. It's very unimpressive for a dowtown mall. There is so many people cutting through. That could be business for better stores imo.
