I had my best friends Dad that needed his roof done so we called Allterrain Roofing. Jon came out and did a free estimate and right away we knew he was the man for the job! The roof was done in less time than we expected and the price was just what we thought was fair for the amazing job they did!! Got a quote in Jan 2020. Followed up numerous times by email and work never done. They contacted me Mar 3 2021 stating they were sorry that they had let my job fall off their list and assumed I had the repair done by someone else. I said I had not and gave them another chance to come. A roofer was sent out and I heard nothing again. I followed up Mar 8 as I had heard nothing and to ask what was going on. I received a reply Mar 10 and was told the roofer did the fixing and they would send my invoice. We then checked the roof and no work had been done at all. I emailed back with pics and was told they would look into it and get back to me. That was Mar 10 and I have again heard nothing from them and it is April 22. I am glad I checked and did not pay the $790 invoice if it ever would have been sent. The amount of times I contacted this company over a year and 3 months is crazy and no work done and left hanging twice. I was more than patient and willing to give another chance as I understand things get missed sometimes but this is ridiculous.Service: Roof repair
