Rain Henderson is amazing. She explains everything in detail and is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to do business with her. She's very personable and just a lovely person. I would recommend her to anyone who has a need for family law.

When I first met Rain 20 years ago neededing a new divorce lawyer, she told me men hate her. What a joke. She ended up costing me a huge amount of money. My ex was trying to reneg on a legal document he'd drawn up owing me money. Made sense to me to go to court. She refused. Took me 2 years and legal fees to prove I was right. Jerked around by both my ex and her. Never compensated for legal fees. She tells me it was a compromise but would not explain, despite repeated requests. Stay away. She clearly does not have your best interests at heart. Sleeping with the enemy!

Well, who wants to say they "loved it" when reviewing a divorce lawyer? Divorce is a terrible process in most cases, and our case was particularly horrible, with international complications, abuse, fraud and whatever else you could throw into the mix. However, I cannot say enough about the professionalism, expertise, calm, and wise counsel we received at Henderson Heinrichs. Kevin was our lawyer, and I'd recommend him without hesitation, but each and every person we came in contact with at the firm was a lifeline for us, from reception to paralegal to associates and partners. Promptness to return phone calls and emails, directed personalized strategy, attention to detail, adherence to the law and an desire to serve the best interest of the children along the way meant so much to us. Maneuvering through our case was horrendous, and I honestly don't know how we could have made it through without this team.

No one wants to fight a custody battle, let alone one that takes place across provinces; however, working with Mr. Heinrichs definitely took a huge weight off our shoulders. I never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Heinrichs face to face, but he worked tirelessly with us over email and phone. He answered every question, twice and ensured that we were over prepared for every court hearing. With Mr. Heinrichs on our side, we felt even more confident! He was honest, straight forward and very compassionate. In addition, he answered all of our emails within 12 hours and took the time to explain things to us as humans and not just another case number. There are no amount of words to explain how thankful, grateful and appreciative we are of him, his staff and his services. I highly recommend Mr. Heinrichs to anyone who is in need of a lawyer!

Signed up for a free 30 minute consultation and had to cancel due to sickness before appointment. They then contact me telling that they are waiving a $75 cancellation fee they never mentioned in the first place and they attached a form to fill out that puts me on the hook for a charge before the free consultation ever takes place. That's terrible customer service and misrepresented the supposed free consultation in the first place.

The receptionist was superbly helpful and friendly; I loved our conversation after my appointment with Sonia Kainth! Ms. Kainth was VERY professional and compassionate, and helped to allay my fears about any possible issues that could arise from my separation. She answered every question I had, asked incisive questions, and was encyclopedic on family law. Thank you for the peace of mind and for your exceptional service!
