Get a good sweat and start your weekend fresh by attending the fun, high intensity, women only z-energy fitness classes at Rahma Mosque!

Taught by the best fitness instructor in Edmonton and conducted in a professional fitness studio, these sessions are designed by women for women. Come and feel the top notch experience that you will not find anywhere.

The sessions are open to women of all ages and fitness levels. Participants are required to register and pay the mosque office in advance. All proceeds go the mosque.
