I stayed at the hotel only for one night, but it definitely wasn’t the last time! Got upgraded to a Superior room with balcony. The room was absolutely amazing, I felt very comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular, with so much choice. One of the best hotel breakfasts I ever tried. Great location and also great staff. They accommodated my late check-out despite being fully booked for the next day. Loved the hospitality. Definitely recommended!
The location is amazing! It is 5-10 minutes from the main street. On the other hand, the staff of the hotel weren’t so nice to say the least. In addition , we stayed there for 4 nights and they didn’t clean our room not once. I expected more than that from a 5 stars hotel.
I loved it. I stayed 6 days and let me tell you it is great. Room service was very kind brought us some fruit, water and chocolates. The location is also very good you have japanese food 5 minutes by walk away from the hotel, a Starbucks not far away, a money exchanger, zabka, a french bakery and lots of other shops. The rooms are very spacious they was a chocolate stain on the bed tho but it's very minor not bad and there are two televisions one in the main room and one in the smaller room. There was also a humongous buffet with nearly anything you can imagine like Bacon, pancakes, different types of milk and other delicious foods. I think this is a huge must-go to hotel you definitely will not regret it.
The best hotel in Prague, and my best hotel experience in Europe since the past 10 years. Everyone is welcoming you, smiling and try to make you happy. The location is really near old town. Special thank for Ghalib for his unique hospitality and cooperation.
Stayed at this hotel in November of 2019, similar experience where the staff ranged from impolite to rude. Bar tender was abrupt/rude, check-in staff was fine, but at breakfast they came up to us and told us it was not free/included, the way they handled it suggested we might be attempting some sort of a dine and dash... Although the way breakfast was set up it was hard to know if it was included or not, but they surely know this to be confusing and probably should put a card on each table letting people know rather than suggesting to a guest that they not attempt to "steal" breakfast. Not an inexpensive hotel and probably people staying at it can certainly afford to pay for breakfast : Due to my first hand experience and comments by others, we are returning to Prague this week and ARE NOT staying at this hotel.
Comfortable hotel in a great location, walking distance from all of the sites in Prague old town. Highly efficient staff at check-in. Breakfast prices had just risen due to inflation and had become quite expensive, I think it was €33 equivalent. Hotel has a collaboration with a nearby parking garage. Around 5 to 10 minutes walk away. You can pay the Hotel directly rather than paying the garage by cash. Limited time parking always was available out the front of the hotel was very useful.
Simply of of the best spots in Prague, with the ideal location, amazing service and staff, and accommodations that fit your needs, like having an open air balcony! Worth every penny spent! Rooms: Comfy cozy and having all you require. Balcony’s for those that need it! Nearby activities: All the best shopping, restaurants, and night life witching a 10-15 min walk. Walkability: Close to everything you need with amazing shops and a park close by!
Popped in here for a few drinks in the hotel bar, Beni the bar man was amazing, friendly and accommodating. Also gave us recommendations for things to do around Prague, couldn’t recommend him more! Made our experience 10/10.
Had a really great time here with my wife and son ..Prague is beautiful and this hotel is in a good location I recommend it Had a chance to speak to the barman Beni really good and friendly guy he also makes great cocktailsRooms: 5/5
The room was too small and dark, breakfast didn’tlook like in 5 star hotel . There was no parking places available and I asked if it safely to leave the car right on the street, and was surprised by the 5 star hotel reception answer: “it just Mini Cooper, not Bentley, so yes” There was very nice fitness center and beautiful cafe-bar inside the hotel.
