Rachelle has been our accountant since we arrived from the UK in 2009. She is knowledgeable and very helpful, always cheerful and will take time to answer a quick question, never making you feel as if the question is trivial or silly (even if it has been on occasion! :-) . Her fees are reasonable. Our accounts are not straight forward due to our UK stuff and the fact that we are self employed here and also have a second corporate business in Ottawa.. I highly recommend Rachelle.
