I love Rachel’s don’t get me wrong, just very dissatisfied in my order today, a lot of my rice was over cooked, had to throw a lot of it out unfortunately too. Chicken was okay but that too seemed overcooked or everything just wasn’t fresh. Good food usually but bad experience today
Terrible customer service and they don’t have phone service that I can reach out to regarding my order. I used rachel’s app to order delivery which I never received and went to store in person to pick up, they straight up told me that they are not able to give me my order because “someone took it to deliver”. When third party is used to deliver, I understand there could be some miscommunication but I believe they didn’t handle well and pretty much told me that I was lying why would I waste 45minutes of my time to go all the way to store to pick up when I paid tip and delivery fee if I received order? Be careful when you are putting in for delivery because there is no way of contacting this store and you can’t even get refund for your order when you didn’t get anything

The portion is unbelievably small. Even though I just chose two vegetable toppings, they should be more or extra of those. Besides, they sometimes even forgot to give the sauce and hell I ordered delivery and how can I eat it without sauce??!
First time and probably the last. I was really looking forward to good food but it was disappointing. I ordered online and paid for pickup. I get there and they are JUST putting my order together. No spring mix, no tatziki sauce, no OLIVES. How can a Greek restaurant be out of those things? I already paid, so they said they had to substitute. I ordered a side of pita with tatziki and had to get dill sauce. The pita was TERRIBLE and the three pieces they gave me were not the same. One looked like a no carb pita bread. I threw most of my meal away. If a restaurant is out of items, call me and tell me. The 3 customers after me left with no food hearing everything they were out of.
Went here with a group of co-workers today. Based on all the social media confusion, we weren't sure if it was open. I was excited to here it was going into the plaza so close to my place of employment. Luckily we arrived just before the lunch rush. As soon as we walked in I was happily surprised to see a bike rack inside were you can park your bike up against the wall. Happy Earth Day. That got me thinking about environment and decided to try and order my lunch with an environmental impact in mind. Ordered falafel on greens instead of meat on a wrap of in a pitas. Score another environmental point for them with the cardboard bowl instead of plastic. We ate in so I was able to avoid the plastic lid for the bowl. I didn't order a drink to avoid the plastic cup. Although I did have to use a plastic fork, hoping it was made from recycled plastic. The food was really good although there were a couple of issues my co-workers encountered. Too much garlic dressing on one of their wraps, made it almost inedible. I had the opposite problem, with just a small amount of dressing put on my salad. I asked for a little more and they happily obliged but if I didn't tell them to stop I would have more then likely been having a dressing soup salad. Another colleague had trouble finishing her wrap as well because it fell apart in her hands. I would think this would get better as the workers become more experienced. As far as price goes, it is reasonable. Someone from our party mentioned it is better priced then Panera or Chiptole. Since it is a brand new location it was very clean and modern decor. Although, not very unique. We believe they used the same decorator as Chipotle. The acoustic are a little echoey when it comes to conversations.
Rip off! Their phones doesn’t work, so you can’t call them when your delivery driver decides not to deliver the food after waiting an hour for it already Very disappointed. Can’t contact them because there phone doesn’t work. I want my refund!!
I used to come here almost weekly to this location and the last few times I’ve been super disappointed. The food is cold, the veggies aren’t fresh or cut well. No olives!? The food quality has gone downhill and I’m so disappointed because this food used to be my favorite. The staff is not pleasant. I’m only leaving a review because I’ve gone here 3 times recently and today was just as disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.
Overpriced. Ended up paying over $36 for two bowls and a side of Greek fries. Decent portions but the food quality wasn’t the best. Could spend less at a sit down restaurant and get better quality food. Staff were friendly but didn’t make up for the fact that I felt ripped off. When Rachels is good, it really is good. Unfortunately, it's all too hit-and-miss with them. We had ordered through the app, and arrived about 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. I checked the pickup counter, and it was not there. So I asked at the counter and the young woman told me "I'll make it, now". So, I stepped back and waited and watched as they proceeded to provide very quick service to three separate, larger groups of people who walked in behind me and ordered at the counter. All groups received their orders well before me. What's the point of ordering ahead if they won't even start making it until after you arrive, and then they prioritize walk-ins over yours? Anyway, they eventually handed me my order and I was on my way. When I got home, I found that they hadn't even included all of the ingredients I had ordered. With that being said, what was included was fresh and was of good enough quality. It was okay.... we ate it, even if it was missing a few ingredients. But this seems to be a fairly typical experience at Rachels. If they could fix these issues, I'd love to eat there much more often, because their food is really quite good when they get it right. But the employees/service, in my experience, is problematic more often than not.
