I randomly called this place with an urgent heating issue and within 30 mins had a helpful, knowlegable, and very polite technitan (Josh) at my house solving it. It's so nice to still find customer service like that! It was greatly appreciated and I will definitely be calling them again for any future needs! Thank you!!!

I accidently let our oil run out in November, they came next day after I called and filled tank and reset furnace. He showed me how to do the reset as well in case I would need to do it in the future. Very helpful and easy to talk to.

Spent 2 years trying to find a professional Plumbing outfit with reasonable prices and professional employees and we definitely found all of this with R.W. Ditmar. They were willing to work with us on pricing. The person who did our job was a master plumber quick accurate and observant. He found additional issues with out water pressure gauge that no other plumbers caught. They replaced the pressure gauge and increased out water pressure where now for the first time we can take a shower and run a sink elsewhere . I will be using them again if the need arises.

I recently moved back to PA and just moved into a house I was renting. While I was away for the weekend I ran out of oil. I didn't know this until I came back into a cold house 7 PM the following Monday. I called their emergency number and they had the oil out to me within an hour. They also restarted my furnice for me and the price was great! I don't know what I would have done without them...
