Rôtisserie St-Hubert

We visit this place on Saturday in August 2020. Excellent service. They have all the correct health measures for Covid 19 in place. Great food and super nice staff.

Food is great, hot and fairly quick to the table. I think our server was new? She was not as good as we usually get there. Management of problems is dealt with nicely.

Ordered a few times, and yesterday, for the first time, they made a mistake and forgot an item in my order. Went back to have the item forgotten, and instead got 5 times the amount of food that was missing without my asking and employee was super apologetic. Service was also super quick during a busy time even before the mistake so it wasn't a favor treatment because of that. Errors happen, but it matters how you manage them. Great job St-Hubert!

Made an order online for curbside pickup My order was placed at 714 pm and was supposed to be ready for 730. I arrived at 74 only to wait an hour and a half. Called them 3 times and all they said was that it will be ready in 2 mins. After an hour and half they offered a 2 litre of coke and a few brownies. When I asked what was the reason in to which why it took so long all I got was a "Desole" I asked 2 to 3 times to find out why it took so long and again and again... "Desole" was all I got. Worst service ever

A really great atmosphere and one of the best lattes that I have ever had. I had a vanilla latte and if I heard correctly, they make their own vanilla in house. It was fantastic and i highly recommend it.The interior was very nice and I just enjoyed the overall vibe. Felt relaxed and was also able to get work done.

We ordered off the quick lunch menu and it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The "veggie wrap" was terrible, hardly any veggies and instead there was some deep fried... Meat substitute? We stopped in for something quick and we're definitely disappointed in both the food and the amount of time it took.

The drive through was a little slow, but my chicken and dessert were good. My only complaint was the french fries, they were little to well done and dark and crispy.

I organized a birthday lunch. 18 people. Our food was cold for most of us. I complained and my food was warmed up as is. My sweet potato fries did not fare well. I think I’m done with St Hubert. Too many misses. Slow and inefficient service.

Ordered for delivery...45 minute delivery time... OK, I get it, they are busy. Received 1 meal with no side french fries. Called the store, pressed 2 for administration, spoke to a girl who says " No problem, we will expedite french fries" , okay thanks. 40 minutes later, no fries... Called back, pressed 2 for administration, spoke to a guy, and he asks me if I still want the fries ??? I said no, the burger is long gone, but I'm angry. Was offered brownies or a store credit. NOT good enough. The boy says 'I will pass this to my boss tomorrow' and here we are, 2 days later and still no reply. Well St-Hubert... you have lost a very good customer for always.

They delivered someones else’s order and never bothered to reimburse me or send me what I had ordered. I gave them another chance and just today they sent me a cold meal ! The fries were so old and soggy. Plus the brownies that I ordered were probably expired they were rock hard and tasted like cardboard. Never ordering from them again.
