Warm and welcoming hostess with the most beautiful nails. My kids were in awe. Our waitress migrated from Newfoundland to Quebec was perfect and friendly. As per usual, the food was as expected, I’ve hardly been disappointed.
We had a good time. The restaurant is cozy. It has a lot of parking spaces. The service was good and quick. The food was tasty, but the chicken and the rice could be better. We would come back though.
This is the worst St. Hubert EVER!!! Whether you order on line or at the drive thru there is always a problem because it takes forever to get your food and they always and I mean always forget something in my order plus...they promise a credit for bad service and when you try to claim it, it is lower than it should be and the person who gave it to me no longer works there...she probably left because their service sucks big time!!! They are FULL of excuses!!! To bad because I love St. Hubert but have to travel out of town to buy it! Gave them a star because zero stars was not available and it would not let me post it without giving it a star.
Have had one order show up 2.5hrs after ordering and another I canceled after 1.75hrs. Thought I would try again, they sent a driver with no gps apparently so someone had to walk up to the end of the lane and flag him down. Done with this.Food: 2/5

Heat not working here. If you want to stay warm do not eat here!!! Coldest inside lunch I ever had....not impressed
Walked in and already greeted with a terrible attitude from a staff member. It’s as if the manager hates that clients want to come and eat?! Over an hour wait on a Monday night with maybe 5 tables in the restaurant?! I have no idea what is going on, but maybe new management would be the best first step. A total reorganization of how you guys operate is necessary. I get that you have multiple points of sales, but at this rate what’s the point if you can’t supply them? This used to be such a warm and happy place to visit for dinner. Now it’s overpriced for the quality yeah yeah I get it COVID this and COVID that, greeted with nasty attitudes, blame game on everyone else but themselves. I will not be returning and advising everyone else not to go to this location. I’ll now be making the detour to st-sauveur. You forgot the clients pay your salary or what? Update: Everyone go make the detour to St-Hubert in St sauveur. What takes the takeout counter 30+ minutes in Sainte adage takes Saint-sauveur 2 minutes.
Generous dishes, fast service, vast parking, convenient location right on Hwy 117, good views, detailed menus, great chef, watching sports. Will come back for sure next time visiting Sainte-Adèle-des-Monts valley.
I love eating at St-Hubert but this branch was the worst. The service was awful and the food was not edible. Waitress was not friendly and kept us waiting for 20 mins before finally she showed up to take the order. We were 10 guests but she gave us only 2 menus for us to share. After ordering it took them more than 45 mins for the food to be ready. Until here it was okay, but then after we started eating the chicken was clearly raw and not edible at all. The meat was red from inside and not cooked properly. We requested some condiments from the waitress which never came. 2 of the chickens had some feathers cooked with it. After informing the manager, he started speaking very aggressively and claimed that the chicken was cooked and I was mistaken. He even said that if we don't like the food we should go eat somewhere else. The manager was very disrespectful and rude. He wanted to offer us some deserts which we refused so he ended up with a small discount on the final bill. Avoid visiting this branch because you would definitely regret it!!!!
The staff is awesome. The food is always excellent. During Covid, we feel very safe with the protective measures St. Hubert has put in place. Thank you.
