Our server Amy was excellent. Quick sense of humor and shared with us some great "local" foodie options. Meal came out quickly and hot. Thought the prices were a little steep.
This is the best St Hubert I’ve ever been to. It’s a new place, very large and was able to accommodate a coach bus with 22 people on board quickly and efficiently. The food was excellent and the service was excellent as well. We sat on the patio and it was lovely. Awesome chicken eating experience. Had their club sandwich and peri chicken. The peri chicken was extremely tasty, rven the club sandwich was surprisingly different and tasty.
Service was horrible and that was the drive through. It’s Covid. We spoke English so assume we need cutlery and that we chose to eat in our vehicle instead of going into the restaurant! Seriously why would you not give cutlery. En cas vous ne me comprenez pas. Pas de fourchette!!! Sérieusement le fromage sur la poutine était presque gelé!! Terrible!!
First time through the QC vaccination verification gauntlet we are from another province that can't get their act together on standard proof. Chap at the door was patient, but thirough. When we chose single menu items, not their appetizer-sandwich-dessert-beverage pricey specials, the waitress seemed to disappear until payment time. Would have liked some pepper on my Caesar salad, and a top-up in my water - nada. No paper towels in bathroom why do I always find out after my hands are wet??? No electric dryers either. Food was good, but service and facilities need a polish.
I really liked the decor of this St. Hubert, the entrance was very nice. Food wise it is the same as all others, which is great for those who like their food, like me. Service was friendly and although it took a while to take our orders we got our food quickly especially now with their new tablet, orders go directly to the kitchen.
If could put more stars I would. This is a very nice restaurant. The building is ultra modern and features a seperate bar from the dining room. The service was great and the food was outstanding. I enjoyed every single bite. The best part is the menu is so extensive that the next time I go I have so many other options for meals to try. Looking forward to going back! Also they have electric car chargers which is great for anyone on a trip from our of the area.
Service wasn't good. Waitress seemed distracted and lost. We asked several times the same thing and she kept passing by empty handed. Meal took 1h30 for mains only... really not on par with this chain. We will not visit again
