While visiting Granby, thought we'd try out Scores restaurant since it was close to the hotel. A clean place with usual booths and tables. Menu isn't extensive but has typical fare for a chicken restaurant with chicken items and ribs and appetizers. We both had the hot chicken sandwich each $13.95 if I recall - one with side of fries and one with side of grilled vegetables. The grilled vegetables were a nice change but a little too oily. The sandwiches were nicely thick with generous amounts of chicken. Peas on top and gravy inside and on top. Gravy is a safe tasting one that won't offend anyone. We each also paid extra for the side of salad bar which was $6.95 apiece. It had a variety of dressings and green salad mixes, vegetables and fruits and egg salad, macaroni salad, etc. as well as two soup choices chicken noodle and pea. This is meatless salad bar. Everything including the service was good overall but nothing was outstanding.  Plenty of free parking.
The food is delicious and staff is great, our waitress Vanessa took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and frequently came back for water and coffee refills. The service really stood out and although the food was delicious it was the service provided by her that makes us want to come back in the future and recommend this restaurant. Thank you!
Food was good but service was not. I had chicken parm, small chicken portion but the sauce was good. Friend got ribs, they were tasty, other friend had the trio sliders and was happy with 2 out of 3.Food: 4/5
Food was great, staff was above expectations. The decadent burger tastes amazing, the TaoRib Poutine as well. Parking: easy access, lots of spots
Our waitress gave us our drinks in bottles? like could u not give us a glass for them at least? she then took our orders, and it took 40+ minutes for our food to actually get to the table. when it did get here, every one of us was disappointed with our food. i ordered the club sandwich, the chicken was so dry, i tried adding mayo to it to make it better, it wasn't. didn't help. the fries were the only good thing about my meal she didn't ask me how i wanted my fries but asked the person beside me. i couldn't eat it, i took two bites and was grossed out. after waiting 40 minutes for our food just to be disapointed? yeah i can see why a scores is so rare to come by these days. oh, and there was a hair in my food : so that was great. i would never come back here. the service isn't even friendly. oh and all the staff looks overworked and under appreciated. everyone here looks miserable. you should do something about that.
Best Scores I have visited during my 3 week trip in Canada. The way me and my family were welcomed, the service and quality of food superb!

Totally and utterly dead quiet which is unfortunate for the restaurant industry. But.. I've never felt more at home in a restaurant though. The service was impeccable and super fast. Our waitress was awesome. Scared me half to death with a birthday cake with a sparkler in it really wasn't expecting that.
You will order online, it will say "ready in 10 minutes". You will show up ten minutes later. They will say it's not ready yet. 30 minutes later they will finally let you know they never got your order, would like to make a new one? There's a Benny 2 minutes away with a drive through.
Great service, server Gabrielle was excellent and made a very good effort speaking to us in English. The owner was on site and was everywhere all at once, staying on top of everything. Food was quick and delicious, salad bar was very presentable with lots of fresh options. Staff all had smiles on and place was clean and maintained. Very enjoyable!
