I witnessed a man who appeared to be the director yelling at a young woman to the point that she looked like she was about to cry. This facility should be shut down. If they are doing this to a young adult, how are they going behind our backs with our elders?
I know someone who is there. Food, activities, it's very good, they are very busy. But being woken up at 6:15 - 6:30 in the morning by a stupid face when you are completely asleep to be told to get up and go to breakfast... If you say it's early you are told to shut up and come to breakfast.... Not very human even if we are getting older a little respect, dignity and politeness is not too much to ask it seems to me. Unfortunately there are people who are no longer all their heads but some are. There are some who should change jobs.. I don't think they would talk to their parents like they talk to the residents... If so it's because they have no heart that they change jobs... New information.. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to hear that things have changed and for the better... More friendly and human staff. Thank you for them
I went to visit our elders, I sacrificed my day for that, but the director saw two black people and he said loudly outside, wooow, well done, Mr. Director, what professionalism.
After 3 months of trying, this is the best residence. The food is very good. The apartments are very comfortable. The residents and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have 3 moving experiences in the field. I think I have found the right place to finish my .........
