I had a bad baterry. It took 1 week to get a baterry. Then they tell me 90$ for a 10$ baterry. They never called me !!! So i go to the store he tell me the phone is no longer working... i plug the phone whit a wire before i whent there and it was fine... now the screen is black!! I got nothing to loose i open the phone and the back of my screen is scratch right behind the baterry and its missing 2 screws.... wow how professional.... and they are NOT certified i have called my phone compagny so now my waranty is void. WOW
