Excellent store! Everything that you need to do a renovation. Mrs Josée from the painting department is extremely professional. She helped us to match the colour that we were looking for and gave us some great advices about painting. Thanks a lot!
Our experience was terrible!We tried to return the item for the toilet because the pieces were missing.We got it in the afternoon and when we opened the box two caps were missing,we brought it back 4 hours after and they refused to take it. The manger Mr Alain was very rude and very unprofessional the way he was taking to us.,which make no sense at all. They sold us uncompleted item and didn't want to admit their mistake and give us money back to buy another one.The stuff didn't show no common sense,politeness and willing to help.Never will recommend anybody to go to shop in Rona in Lasalle
Inventing rules.nI arrived at the store 15 minutes before close to go to the garden center to buy a cone for plants. The automatic doors were shut and I was told by two employees that it closes 15 minutes before the store, and the item I need is only located outside in the garden center.nShould have gone to the dollar store or bought online. I like supporting local and brick and motor stores, but this makes it incredibly frustrating to do so.
When in to revamp my garden, the store wasn’t busy… was not impressed by the lack of quality in service. The cashier was extremely passive agressive…I’ve never had such bad experience with the store
Buying appliances at Rona+ LaSalle is a nightmare. Rona made errors from the very beginning by selling me a defective Washtower that was far too big for my closet space. They botched up the installation, jammed it against the faucets. I called for an exchange. And 5 days later, their pick-up guys came and refused to take the Washtower back because the previous Rona guys had installed it so badly. And then Rona+ LaSalle continued to show their utter disrespect for me by having me wait an additional 6 days to ‘maybe” pick up the Washtower ‘if’ they could find guys willing to unhook it? At this point I had lost all confidence in this store? And their LaSalle in-store complaints department ignored ALL of my calls. This defective Washtower plus warranty cost me almost 3000.00 and i couldn’t for the life of me get Rona+ LaSalle to take it back. Finally I took matters into my own hands, and hired 2 movers to pull this 300 lbs unit out of closet and unhook it. Rona guys finally came by yesterday and hauled Washtower away. This purchase at Rona+LASalle cost me $200 to hire my own movers. And it cost me 2 weeks of my time trying to fix a problem that they had caused. I’ve never , in my life, been treated so disrespectfully by a store. By the way, I bought washer dryer at Tanguay today. If it’s defective, they’ll take it back within 24 hours. That’s more like it.
