Ken from RFE answered our call of a low heat alarm during the recent cold snap. He quickly responded immediately for us, while we were in Calgary and confirmed the furnace was non functioning. He gave us immediate updates and placed portable heaters throughout the house and waited until our plumber arrived. Without Kens quick action and commitment to RFE customers, there is no doubt we would be dealing with a complete freeze-up of our house. Thank you Ken for your great work and kindness.
