Was the first person in line and they were busy making take out orders which is fine but there was a second person working just waiting for the first person to tell them what to do and they as quite confused. So took a long time for a fast food place to even ask me my order, after ordering had to repeat myself multiple times so they could understand what I wanted. I asked for no cheese on one of my sandwiches and they put it on…after that just took it off when pointed it out didn’t even ask if there was an allergy or something for the reason of not asking….slow and confused service. I also found it pricey for 2 9inch subs with a bowl of soup $35. Could have ate at a restaurant for not much more. Not to mention the sub was very dry.
They make you pay a MANDATORY TIP!! We’ve been coming here for the last 4 years as a treat. It’s fast food, we aren’t expecting a top of line meal. It’s pleased us when we want fast food. However, this is the last time we go there. So, when I go in I always say “I don’t need the receipt.” I never noticed or ever questioned this before. My husband went in this time and they made him pay a tip even though he didn’t have the option come up or chose an option for a tip. He was forced to pay it. And if he didn’t ask for one or look at his receipt, he may have not even noticed. This can’t be legal to force someone to pay 20%, regardless if it’s only under $5 or not. Can they do this? He may have chose a tip option or he may not have. That’s his choice. This isn’t a restaurant where you sit and the waitress is paid less and expect tips to make up for the difference. This is a fast food. We will not be returning. It’s stealing peoples money and they may not even realize it either. *we’ve blurred out the number in the receipt for our account privacy. Just in case*
This is the worst Quiznos I've ever eaten at. Brown rotten lettuce. Mushy half frozen tomatoes and a dried out bun that was probably from a week ago. When I questioned it by phone the lady got upset. Don't waste your money at this establishment. Unless your into terrible quality food. I threw it in the trash. Parking: The parking sucks for anything but a compact car.
Love Quiznos just wish they still had the peppers without asking and sauce options. One of the main reasons Quiznos was my spot but now not so much
I cant believe that there is a mandatory tip here. Didn’t get a receipt but asked the worker and they verified it after I was made aware of it on another review. I loved Quiznos and now has gone down hill. The sun was dry and they don’t dip their beef in Anjou anymore. Disappointing. Wont ever go back. Too sad.
Always put Quizno's over Subway for quality. Came here Tuesday, ordered 2 subs with 2 drinks and chips. $36 for a dry/stale bun think crouton on end with styrofoam in the middles, sandwich meat and the same precooked/cut chicken you can find at Walmart or Superstore for $5. Couldn't even eat the bun, threw it out. Literal bottom of the barrel for quality. Go to Subway, pay less AND throw in 6 cookies on top of regular order, still costs less that Quizno's. Subway wins this war. Never EVER thought I'd say that. Save yourself a headache. Across the road is Safeway with a massive dagwood sub for $13, or Wendy's or Burger King. Never been so disappointed in a company that had quality
STAY AWAY! I order a 12” meatball sub and all the meatballs were cut in half. There were 4 halves on the one side and 3 halves on the other. Terrible business practices. I ordered from Skip and this is what they gave me!! If your going to go in make sure you watch when they make it. I will Never be purchasing from this location again. If I could have given Quiznos a no star rating I would have.
Twice in a row they’ve absolutely drowned my sandwich in sauce. Absolutely horrible service and horrible sandwich making skills. Avoid at all costs. Do not eat here. I’d give 0 stars if I was aloud
Loved the chicken and salad options and size .Service was fast and the ladies behind the counter friendly and patient also,willing to give answers to questions regards the menue.
When to get 4 subs for me and my family and only got 2 because the lady did not ask if we need anything else just went to the next customer and took there order and she could not even make one of our subs right . I will not ever go back here. She was rude to me and my family .
