Quinn's Inn

This kitchen consistently puts out great food. Lunch or dinner, the specials have been great! I had lobster bisque and prime rib melt for lunch on a Friday and had the prime rib dinner on a Tuesday. Portions are very generous, food is very tasty and service is excellent.

Just popped over to Quinn's this evening. The food was fantastic, but the service left a lot to be desired I'm afraid. The Waiter/Server in the downstairs bar was rude to my sister because she didn't know what to have to drink. There were exactly 10 people in the place when he said "you've been here 30 minutes, and I'm busy" When it came time to pay the bill, she used the debit machine. His machine was malfunctioning and he basically called her an Idiot because he said she was not following the instructions, then said "oh, I guess its not working " what a rude waiter... I am planning a dinner in the dining room there on Thurs. I will be sure to let the owner/manager know. I expect the service to be 5. I generously gave a 3 because the food was very good.

We drive from Montreal to go here. Saturday night prime rib buffet with seafood sides for $23.99 including desserts and not some crappy vanilla cake! We are talking top shelf cheesecake, sugar pie and various other cakes. It's a nice drive and a beautiful area with alot of history. Take the family out for a drive on a Saturday afternoon and enjoy a nice supper.

This restaurant is mediocre at best, the food was cold, and the chocolate milk that I ordered was actually Nesquik, they did not supply extra utensils besides the two spoons, forks and butter knives that were wrapped in a napkin. The fish was very bland and salt didn't really help. The salad was basically all shredded carrots with a garnish of lettuce and cucumber. The dessert was good offering a wide selection of cheesecake, cake, and pies. My favorite item was the shrimp which was somewhat cold. The internet here is ok offering a 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz connection which was pretty slow probably because it is an old building made of stone and wifi doesn't work to well in those conditions. But wifi doesn't really matter as it is a more family oriented restaurant and I appreciate that they added wifi even though the password is in pretty small print on a page on the wall. I was eating off the buffet menu for $23.00 which is pretty pricey as there is not a lot of selection as a whole and the food is flat out bad. I would not recommend coming here and I think the short list of good things about this restaurant could be found at a better restaurant.
