This truly was a good experience. Price for product was reasonable and workmanship was solid. I was explained every step and they answered all my questions day of. No issues there. The thing that pushed it over the top for me was that they were able to move very quickly had my assessment and heat pump installed in 1.5 months, other companies took that long just for an assessment and when trying to make the sale, Brady was very polite, not pushy and even gave me the day to think it over, rather than just say the discount leaves with him. If I needed support, it did not take long to get a hold of someone. Highly recommend.
I recently had an amazing experience with Quinn Energy. They did a fantastic job installing my heat pump. The technicians were professional, efficient, and super knowledgeable. They explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The installation was done quickly and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. We were very impressed with the Quinn Energy & Electric team. They came to install 3 ductless mini splits and they will be back to upgrade our electrical panel. The team has shown great workmanship and these dedicated electricians were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond by accommodating us and had no problem with wearing a mask while in our home. This was greatly appreciated. Top quality products provided by top quality electricians. I would highly recommend Quinn Energy & Electric.
Matt, Mark, and Shane did a fantastic job on our oil furnace-heat pump upgrade. Installation went great from a homeowner's perspective - noise and general disruption was minimal and everybody on site was professional and happy to answer questions along the way. Pricing was competitive albeit slightly higher than we had hoped initially but there were no surprises and pricing was very transparent from the beginning. When asked about recommended maintenance I was given an honest answer and not sold anything I didn't need. Would happily use Quinn again for similar work. We still have a generlink being installed in June and will update review if anything changes. So far after one week the new central ducted heat pump is a dream. Thanks Quinn!
