Everyone was amazing. Nice, polite, prompt. Constantly checked on me and made sure I was comfortable. I believe it was the shortest time I've had to spend in the E.R. All questions were answered and I never felt rushed to leave. Amazing service! So thankful for the wonderful people that work there!
As young first time parents we took our son to the ER after falling off the couch and onto his play house resulting in a black eye, I was already skeptical about taking him to the Quincy ER because what I have heard especially About Dr. Dietsch. He came in and was grabbing my 2yr old face very harsh and scared my son and so the rest of the the time my son was just very aware of him and didn’t like him getting close. The doctor then leaves and comes back to say “I don’t wanna traumatize the kid” and proceeds to talk about not being able to help because my son won’t let him touch him. The nurses there were very very kind but I will definitely not be coming back. I’ll take the trip to Wenatchee before I ever take my family here especially after I was being told to wait to have my next child even though I am already pregnant with my next. Very very disappointed in the doctor. Maybe learn some social skill and overall kindness before becoming a doctor
My wife and I are in our seventies. We moved to the Quincy area 3 years ago. We have had 2 occasions to utilize ER. We found our experience at this hospital to be absolutely a breath of fresh air, after living in a larger city with a corporate owned hospital facility. Doctor was knowledgeable and kind as were all the staff. Clean and professional!
I am very pleased with my experience. In and out in under 4 hours, 3 stitches to close a deep wound, and a willingness to explain what they were doing and why made the experience more educational than scary.
My little boy was sick with a high fever and other scary symptom and they were so kind and quick. One of the fastest ER visits I have had. Thank you!
If I could give Zero stars I would. Took my young daughter in with stomach pain after having it on and off for two weeks. She had already been to urgent care in Moses lake a few days prior and I was told bring her back if conditions worsen. I have been told by many George/Quincy residents to AVOID Quincy Hospital. I was desperate to figure out what was wrong with my daughter and wanted to rule out anything major like appendicitis since she was still not well. My first choice was the walk in clinic but they did not have an appointment for a few hours and said the ER is empty it will be quicker to go there. Dr Dietsch came in the room loud as hell. There should have been privacy with a doctor talking to patients but I’m sure if anyone was around they could hear everything going on. He made a comment to me that he is a ER doctor and deals with trauma so he does not know how much help he will be. That did not sit with me well. In conversation trying to pinpoint what could be causing my daughters stomach ache some comments were made from the Dr that I felt were completely irrelevant to the situation. He continuously talked over me. I told the nurse that I did not appreciate his comment and she did not have much to say. Her response was “yea I’m sorry um it’s just hard getting in anywhere right now.” Oh really? Is that why this ER is empty right now? I left feeling extremely frustrated, partly because I still didn’t know what was wrong with my daughter and also because of the Dr. My daughter ended up running a high fever hours later and I took her to the hospital in Wenatchee and they were absolutely amazing there. I will never take my family to Quincy Hospital again. I have read a lot of extremely negative comments about this hospital and it appears to me that nothing is being done about it.
Great caring staff! The folks at Sageview Clinic are so kind and very thorough. I never feel rushed and always get my questions answered. I love being able to access my information on my chart and appreciate the ability to message my providers.
I can't say enough about the care I received. The staff was incredible and so personable the comfort level was a 100 %.And the paramedic's went above and beyond their duties...there are not enough words.
I was being treated for a car accident, I was left alone, and the only time I saw the Dr I was pretty out of it and all I could remember was him pushing on my stomach. I overheard the Dr and nurse talking to each other about why I was there, I am under the impression the Dr didn't think I needed to be seen, and heard the nurse tell the Dr that its probably to get out of a ticket. Only the nurse that drew my blood and the x-ray tech was nice to me, they didn't offer any real diagnosis except for that I had a contusion, which I didn't actually have, and even if I had had bruising the Dr never would have see any because again, the only examination that I received was the pushing. I have never had such a horrible experience with emergency room staff in my life. I would rather drive to Wenatchee than to ever been seen in that hospital again.
I was in a rollover crash a few days ago and taken to Quincy hospital. I was the passenger and the car was totaled. I was told nothing about my injuries. While I laid on the table waiting for my CT scan the nurses hovering over me asked the paramedic “it was a yard sale?” Regarding the crash site. Which considering I’m laying there with a broken spine… I think they could have had a little more consideration towards how they were talking around the victims. They quickly dismissed my irritation, I understand y’all deal with traumatizing events every day but us every day people don’t. I just feel like I could have been treated with a little more respect, asked permission to pump me with fentanyl because I probably would have said no, considering I couldn’t feel my back or legs anyways. I dunno. I remember the whole crash, laying on the ground waiting for the ambulance, getting in the ambulance and being coherent, and then all of a sudden being pumped with fentanyl and being in and out. And being asked to sign things while under this condition. Makes you wonder. Edit: I am thankful for the paramedics and doctors that helped me while I was injured. Just as a whole I have a lot of lingering questions about this facility.
