Actually an insane experience. Started out by putting our feet into still wet shoes that have absolutely zero comfort. Then we were double charged, paid for 2 hours but then were told we had to leave after an hour. We asked for a refund and their response was that it was going to be soooooo much work to refund each of us. Interesting considering our 12 transactions went through pretty quickly. Their offer instead of a refund was a gift card so we could come back, will not be happening.
Scammers. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a business. The management is unbelievably rude, dishonest, and completely incompetent. We booked one hour of bowling expecting the advertised $8, but they charged us $20 instead. For that price we should’ve had two hours, yet they still tried to kick us out after only one.nnWhen we asked for a refund, they refused and claimed that “12 people was too many to refund.” Since when is doing your job too difficult? If you can take money from 12 people, you can refund 12 people. It’s not complicated.nnTo make it even worse, they tried to offer us a gift card to come back—as if anyone would willingly return after being treated like that. And when we didn’t accept it, they just started ignoring us completely like a bunch of children hoping the problem would go away.nnAbsolutely embarrassing management and terrible customer service. If this is how they run their business, it’s no wonder they have to overcharge people. Maybe instead of trying to squeeze extra money out of customers, they should learn how to run a business properly. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ripped off.
Every time I have gone to nativite to bowl I have experienced the absolute worst customer service… it is always the same two employees and they are equally unfriendly and unhelpful. My most recent visit I went for my birthday! I should’ve known better… this time they charged us $310 for 2 lanes for 1 hour. When I reserved the lanes in the morning I could write another 1 star review on the way I was spoke to over the phone, first red flag I was told their price was $50 per lane per hour. A six year old can do the math on that. After I was told what we were charged I very calmly went to the counter, explained we were over charged, and asked for our money back. The employees then repeatedly lied to my face and told me they can’t do refunds after telling another party of my group “that many refunds is going to suck to do“. As I was standing there defeated they just kept talking nonsense at me and being so unbelievably rude. It was so inhumane. All I asked for was our money back. Their conclusion was to kick us out and not make eye contact with us… happy birthday to me! Please avoid Nativité Bowling if you can. - to the business, please do not respond to this comment saying it was a large group and a miscommunication. I was the only person you dealt with and you stole from my group. Just take accountability.
Jocelyn is amazing! She treats my son like royalty. She really steps up for making us feel appreciated. Oh yeah the bowling is awesome!
Nice place and the kids always have a good time. Love how they have a few options for foods and drinks! However, they dont post prices for the bowling which would be nice so you dont overpay. I paid for an hour but found out that it would have cost me half the price had I paid per game.
