Average food, bad service, slow food. Store was empty and counter lady was annoyed I’d come in. Ordered chicken sandwich, large fries, and gravy. Took 10+ mins for them to make the sandwich. She spent the whole time chatting in the back with the cook, who kept looking at me to see I was there. While taking my order, she stared at me with a mixture of anger and annoyance. I don’t expect a smile, but I don’t want to be glared at for ordering food. She did a double take when I ordered the gravy, unhelpfully choosing not to mention it was a giant tub, and not a small side one would expect to get with fries. I won’t be going back. Management - make personnel changes, they’re damaging your business. Neither the cook nor counter lady are doing their jobs.

Love their wings. Chicken is great overall, not oily and extra crispy. Affordable too as you can get 20 wings for $20 and that includes 4 sauces. My online order was ready on time and the staff member was friendly and kind! Thanks!

I absolutely love spicy fried chicken. The kids absolutely love poutine. There are often discounted packages. I recommend to try it.

Food is almost always excellent, except for undercooked french fries very rarely. If I was just rating food I would give them five stars, big portions, generally hot and fresh, fair pricing. Middle-aged woman behind the counter works hard and is very professional, younger girl not so much, doesn’t really seem interested in listening to the customer or taking her job seriously. The guy working the fryer generally does an excellent job. The place is on definitely on par with Popeyes, priced a little bit cheaper.

Delicious, crispy, hot, fresh, juicy chicken! To me it had an authentic, southern-fried vibe — and man was it really good! Truly, it has been years since I had chicken good enough that I would go back, and will definitely be going back! My review was of the mild chicken. I haven’t tried the spicy yet. One of the best fast food around. Whenever we have plan for fast food, first thing that comes to our mind is Quick chick. This is everyone's favorite at our home. Today we got 5 sandwiches, don't know why, size of one sandwich was quite small as compared to others. It's not a complaint, just curious how it can happen. Thumbs up for their service and best fast food. I can recommend with full confidence to everyone to have a bite and enjoy!

The chicken is good at this place. But the overall needs to improve. The floors and the tables arw ticky. Soda tastes off. The wall paper is peeling off. They don't give out any tissue or condiments until you ask. And even then you ask they give you very little. We would not come back to this place anymore unfortunately. Hope they can take customer experience more seriously.

At first this place served amazing chicken. It was highly marinated, cooked to perfection, and over all the flavour was great. The sandwiches was full of flavour, your chicken tastes amazing. At times, this place was better than the bigger chains like Popeyes and Kfc. I don't know what happened. but when I ordered today, exited to try it since its been a while. I was faced with utter disappointment. Sure the chicken is was large but it was mostly white meat with a heavily fried outer skin that tasted to oily. On the inside it basically tasted like it was marinated in oil. The sandwich was hard, dry, the toppings taste like it was on the shelf opened for a little while. I am disappointed to be honest. Where did the nice sandwiches which used to be so taste go. Where did the chicken that tasted amazing, something to crave a-lot. - This was a delivery order but I doubt that the flavour will be any different. I eat in the story usually in the spring/summer where I can make a short walk to it. I will check it out in the spring with the hopes to see change and you brining back your past.

Its a very nice place for take out and dine in,very accommodating, the quality of the chicken is so amazing and most of all the service and special mention to Moin a very humble and friendly guy. Keep up the good work and may you have a very good business.

This place is disgusting the bun is frozen and microwaved the drink is absolutely terrible the drink has 99% water 1% crush the brisk was better the floor is extremely wet the ketchup has so much vinegar it’s not even an exaggeration. Paper towels on the roof even more was bad I won’t be going in depth on. Save yourself some money and please please listen to this review and don’t eat here
