Quickie The (Le) Convenience Stores

I usually love going here as the owner and the employees are so nice. However the new older gentleman they hired is SO RUDE!! He played around on his machine for 5 minutes before helping me then REFUSED to sell me smokes!! I've been here plenty of times and never had an issue until him!!

I just moved across the street I don’t speak French so this gentleman was serving me great in English and helping me with lotto tickets as I don’t buy them. He was welcoming me to neighbourhood talking about pandemic and printing up my tickets when I believe his manager? grabbed the tickets started yelling at him shoved him and fired him on the spot or sent him home. I had more tickets to buy, but this new clerk would not speak to me in English or couldn’t which I understand but the way he treated his employee and failure to communicate just made me leave. This is my local quick stop and I never want to go there again, unfortunate.

A year ago I wrote how Horrible customer service was especially the manager. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant and lazy. Went to go buy something and I literally felt like I was an inconvenience for them. Today a year later it's a new owner and manager and he is one of the friendliest men, so welcoming and talkative. Much better service.

Great place to get what you need quick. Employees are wonderful. Noah is the best clerk I've ever met at any corner store. Hard worker and super friendly. If I had a business I'd want him to work at my business.

Overpriced, rude clerks always on their phone, there's plenty other store way cheaper 2 minutes away

More expensive than the Ultramar for just about everything, and worse hours of operation. While some of the employees are friendly and pleasant, it doesn't make up for the prices, hours, and grumpy manager.

Overpriced scam. Prices are like a luxury hotel or resort. Avoid Quickies by any chance.
