I had repairs to be made and also thought my balcony windows could do with a wash. The repairs to my kitchen cabinet and balcony screen door were done by Alex. He was excellent — and quick. The windows were washed by Amrit and partner and they also did an excellent job. I paid what I was quoted - which was their minimum charge for each service. The company wasn’t cheap but work was excellent!
This is the first time, I see someone so dishonest after a long time. The owner of the business can easily lie time after time with no shame. First of all, they sent a low estimate to get the business hoping to just charge the credit card file without us noticing it and once we objected the price and asked them to reduce the price, they charged our credit card without our consent. Be very careful, as they record your voice without your consent and send you what is in their favor. The owner also lied to my husband telling him that she has confirmed the scope and the price of the job with me. I was shocked because I only spoke to their sales person once and referred him to my husband and that was the last time I talked with them. The business owner needs to learn about integrity and honesty which might be too late for her now.
