I had my vehicle's oil change and coolant flush done yesterday. I found Jason to be honest, upfront, reasonably priced and very efficient. He was clear in his communication and had good before and after service feedback. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he even complimented me for the care I take in the upkeep of my vehicle. I don't usually write reviews, but I think the quality of service warranted it. Especially after reading someone else's review regarding racial discrimination at this location. I cannot comment directly on their experience, but I can share mine: I am South Asian, and very brown. I received great service and respectful treatment. I have been taking my cars to Jason for over 5 years. The service has been excellent, prices have been fair and he has always treated me well. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. In reference to the latest review on him treating someone different because of the colour of their skin, as a black guy, I can attest this is not true at all. I’ve never felt anything but respect and kindness from him. He is a great guy. I highly recommend.

Jason is truly the most honest and genuine mechanic. My husband has been going here for years and we refer anyone who is in need of a mechanic. The service, prices and care are truly top notch mechanic.

We were visiting Toronto from Winnipeg when our car began to make awfully loud gurgle noises. Because we have recently done tons of work on it, our assumption was that its a new issue and car got to go. Just had enough with it… We did though take it to the nearest shop by our airbnb which was a Queensway. Wanted to see if its a huge issue or something small we can still invest in. We got the best service ! We were sincerely surprised that we got better treatment than in our own “friendly Manitoba”. Mechanic checked under our hood and our oil level right away, gave us honest and quick assessment and advised that he can perform a check up just to be sure nothing else is happening . We had our car done in an hour, we were driving with no oil left! Mechanic took time to explain the issue and what we should do to make sure we don’t end up blowing our car up. The service, customer service, quality, care well everything is a 6 star! We were so pleased leaving this car shop! It might be a little job, just an oil change, but let me tell you that every time we visited shop in our home town it either ended with appointment issues OR we would walk out with thousands of dollar estimate to find out that the shop didn’t even do proper assessment ex: brakes that were worn out were not replaced. Yes, we have had all sorts of experiences and Queensway is the first shop that we would make our permanent shop if we only lived in Toronto : Highly recommend, very professional masters! I found Jason and Queensway Service Centre through Google Maps. I vetted the business first by reading reviews and decided to bring my car to them. I liked how many people mentioned Jason was an honest person in their reviews and decided to give them a shot. I had an issue with my power steering leaking fluid and needed an oil change and brought my car in first thing next morning. Jason called me within two hours confirming what needed to be done and on top of that told me to come back within the hour to pick up my ride! What an amazing turn-around! The price was fair and when I got there we chatted for a bit. Jason is everything his reviewers say he is. An honest, good man who is keeping up the family legacy after 60 years. You don’t get this far in this business unless you are an honest, solid resource and I found Jason to be just that. Salt of the Earth type fellow who tells it like it is and won’t leave you second guessing. He made me feel good about the condition of my older car and that means the world to me as money is tighter than usual these days. Not only have I found a new mechanic but I feel like I found myself a new friend. Honest, thorough and professional work at a very fair price! Since Jason was recommended to me 5 years ago I haven't taken my cars anywhere else. You can trust that absolutely only the work that is necessary will be recommended. I couldn't recommend Jason more highly!
