Great Customer Service! Came in with a set of rims larger than my current ones & was unsure if they would rub or not with the tire I was thinking of going with. Most places you go to would tell you to figure it out on your own because they can't be bothered, but Queenston Tire is different. He took the time to discuss the possibilities with me and for $20 actually threw a used tire of the same size onto my rim to test clearance before I ordered the tires. It is because of great service like this that I will continue to get all of my tires here & will suggest all others I know looking for tires to do the same. Thank you!

AWESOME :) I had just done my tires, all 4 new ones 6 months prior at Queenston Tire(great job) when someone at work told me my front tire was bald! oh no! I went ASAP back over to Queenston Tire. The owner is super nice and helpful, he called the supplier to question the guarantee and explained to me the process they go through. It was a longer process than anyone would like and due to the fact that the tires alignment was off I was likely to be declined :( At this point my van had lots wrong with it and I was super mad at it! I mulled over the info for a bit and what my possible options are ...get rid of the van was my first thought ... then the owner said due to the young age of the tire I will put another tire on FREE of charge!! WOW how awesome is that!! It was winter ish outside and I fill the van with wee kidlets, driving out of Queenston Tire that day with all good tires made me feel good and safe:) Thank you !!!!!Thank you !!!!!!

Real person answered the phone. Fast, friendly service, 4 new tires, done in half an hour. Excellent service.
