Great people. I was treated by Dr.Ana Ares for a few tooth extractions. Everyone is super patient, nice, and hardworking. If you’re a Sheridan student, I’ll really recommend going here because they make the insurance stuff super quick and easy, break it down for you, and their scheduling was always really good/flexible. Five years ago, I found myself without dental insurance as a retired , married, senior. My previous dentist for 30 + years had retired, sold the business that was then relocated. I searched Oakville for a dentist that was conveniently located and offered a discount to uninsured seniors. Queensbury Dental owned and operated by Dr Luick was recommended to me by another senior and I confirmed they applied a 20% discount. After being their patient for years, they abruptly discontinued any discount to me after I had spent significant time and money with them and blamed it on COVID. I feel that this was very poor business treatment and I have since gone elsewhere. A new search found several Oakville dental offices offering a 10% discount. If I was treated fairly by Queensbury by them giving a notice period or a reduced discount I may have stayed with them. I would not recommend them for this and other quality reasons !
Awesome experience. Dr Ana is amazing,kind, gets the job done and listens well. I've never felt rushed by her. Would recommend her to anyone.
I had a great experience in Queensbury dental as a Sheridan student. I was nervous about the work I had to get done. However, Dr. Anna was professional and made sure that the procedures went smoothly. The dental assistant was great too. Excellent scaling / teeth cleaning work by the hygienist. The receptionist was nice. Everyone there was welcoming.
2022 Update! I returned after being away for a length of time and the service and treatment by Dr. Ares Luick and her team is more expert than before. If you are someone who is fearful and previously avoided dental care, your Tooth Fairy is real and they are at this dental clinic! No, they will not give you $ for your teeth! They work so that you will KEEP your teeth!! Gentle, caring, kind and so highly skilled. I believe that Dr Ares Luick really enjoys the practice of dentistry and takes the time to ensure that you know what treatment is being done and why. I cannot say enough! From polite and warm reception to safe, modern diagnosis and treatment areas, Queensbury Dental will provide the best care for your healthy smile. 2018 I had the second step of treatment today by Dr. Luick. Following a pulpectomy a little while ago, Dr. Luick performed the most perfect root canal I've ever had. I can't say enough about how expertly she did this amazing restorative procedure. I felt very comfortable and confident in her capable hands. Saving a tooth is important. Don't take chances with it. Go see the experts at Queensbury Dental.
I recently went in for a cleaning after being away for 7 yrs, for the first time i can say wow i finally got a great cleaning and felt like i actually got my moneys worth. was well worth this trip and office is always very helpful and professional, i highly recommend visiting this dental office if your in need of a good dental shop, you wont be dissapointed
