Hello, I’m very disappointed with the quality of Tommy’s denim shorts. A little over a month ago, I bought a pair of jean shorts for my birthday. I only wore them twice, and after washing them, the fabric started to come apart. I went to the store located in New Westminster to ask about the warranty and show them the issue. However, they told me I had to go back to the store where I bought them in Tsawwassen.nnI don’t understand why, if it’s the same brand, they can’t provide a solution at any store. They said they couldn’t exchange them because that specific style is not carried in their location. Honestly, I don’t see this as good customer service. They didn’t offer any help, just told me I needed to go back there.nnIf that’s part of the company’s return or exchange policy, I believe customers should be clearly informed at the time of purchase especially if returns or claims must be made at the same store. That way, customers know what to expect.
I’ve been coming to this place for years, but unfortunately, it’s no longer the same. The quality and variety of products have significantly gone down. What used to be a vibrant and well-stocked place now feels limited and underwhelming.nnIt’s disappointing to see how much it has changed — especially for long-time customers who remember how much better it used to be. I truly hope the management takes these concerns seriously and brings the center back to the standards it once had.
Let me set it up: I'm in town for a couple of weeks so I thought I'd catch the bus from Richmond Centre, since it didn't seem too far. Well, after an hour on the bus it got me within a 10-minute walk. But wow, what a brutal walk. People were obviously not meant to be walking here. Once I arrived at the mall it did not improve. Walking was truly viewed as an afterthought. Sidewalks were bizarrely placed with no consideration for convenience. Most just dump into vehicle traffic areas. Crosswalks don't really exist. The stores were placed VERY far apart and there is zero shade unless you are beside a building. It really looks like this place was designed for an American wasteland by the Ford motor company. And obviously nobody wants to spend any time here because a lot of it is sitting empty, including the massive parking lots. Absolutely mindblowing that someone approved this design and thought it would work for very long. Hopefully they redevelop the area or, better yet, the stores move somewhere people can actually get to on foot!
A range of factory outlets for branded products on one location is a boon to the shoppers. Ample parking slots in whole area.
Quiet outlet mall that’s got everything you need - walmart, insurance, tutoring, and lots of clothing options. Picked up an ice cream cake too at the Marble slab.
