Quality Inn & Suites

Very Disappointed in our stay at this Quality Inn. The only positive thing I can really say is Rhianna at the Front Desk was great. She tried to correct things we needed. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The floor lamp was covered in dust you could write your name in it. The top of the air conditioner adjustment panel was dirty, I cleaned it off to be able to use it. There were cob webs in the bathroom , cob webs all down the wall next to my parents bed, the shower curtain had black and pink mold spots all across the bottom. But I feel the worst was the guest entrance to the hotel next to our room was covered in cigarette butts. We stopped counting at 100,Not a very pleasant site to see when entering the building. Instead of seeing the nice green bushes you smelled cigarette smoke and saw cigarette butts everywhere. Also, the door was not locked at any time. Other hotels we have stayed in ,the door locks and you have to use your room key to get in after a certain hour. This was not the case here, anyone could walk in at anytime. To me that is a security issue. I would think when a quest enters the main entrance of the hotel , one would not expect to see dead bugs laying in the floor. We saw that site for 3 days before someone cleaned it up. We won't be recommending this hotel to any family members when they visit Indiana again to see family.

Filthy common spaces. Dead cockroaches in ancient cobwebs on filthy carpet in the room. Linens and towels seemed clean. Hair in bathtub. Breakfast eggs dry and tasteless and leftovers set out next day. Couldn't give us a third room key for our third guest. Wouldn't add my name to the reservation so I couldn't get in the room when my sister was not there. Most staff persons were kind but inept. Sad, downtrodden place needs major updating. We did not get anywhere near the value for over $100/night. After 3 requests over two days to get bedding for pull out couch, then we finally went to get them ourselves. Nice hotels nearby for same or better price.

If I could give NEGATICE STARS I would for this hotel. I actually blocked 15 to 20 rooms off for my wedding at this hotel. And I then booked my husband and I at this hotel as well. Thursday when checking in should have been my first clue as to how horrible my room and the hotel were going to be. I am still embarrassed and STILL having my guests from my wedding tell me about how their rooms were horribly disgusting. And the manager I encountered while check in and having to change 3 different room due to noise and dirtiness was a complete moron himself! He made ME feel like it was MY fault and I was bothering HIM when I asked for a different room the first time due to the room have poop in the toliet towel on the floor in the bathroom and blankets on the floor - second room due to him sticking my (obviously the bride who brought tons of business his way) in a SMALLER room next to the boiler room for the entire hotel - then finally the 3rd room where the lock "malfunctions" and he told me the trick to... that room was half cleaned. I HAVE PICTURES! Of the bug and piles for dirt in the closet the spare blanket and pillow was wedded up and shoved in the top of the closet NO dirty clothes back and then there was a dirty stiff wash clothe hung on the shower rod and bedding that smelled like some had doused it in perfume!!!! When we did let the housekeeping in Friday thinking MAYBE they would actually clean it nothing got changed but new towel hung and the same bedding tucked back in. I also got to hear from my wedding guests how their rooms were disgusting and dirty and the one even told me about a cocrochet in the sink. This was by far the worst hotel ever and I will never book a room EVER at any choice hotels ever again

Start off, no heat for 2 hours...then stains on furniture in room. Toilet will NOT stop running, extremely loud through nite trying to sleep...room got warm, finally, but bathroom was real chilly, with no heat duct or exhaust fan so when u shower you can barely see or breathe with steam overload.

Lisa at the front desk is amazing, very personable, takes care of all your needs, place needs cleaned up a little but better.
