My family and I were very happy with our stay at the Quality Inn & Conference Centre Sudbury. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The washroom was also really nice and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast options were great with such kind and welcoming staff there as well.nnWe also brought our cat with us, and the hotel was pet-friendly. The staff were so accommodating, and our cat was super comfortable — she loved it just as much as we did! I really appreciated the inclusivity, as traveling with a pet can often be stressful.nnOverall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Sudbury. We left feeling extremely happy and satisfied!
Very loud and noisy hotel. There was a very weird buzzing on the second floor on and off all day/evening which was difficult to ignore. The streets beside the hotel are also very busy with cars snow plows in rhe winter, and the train station is right there. Additionally, there were children and groups running up and down the hallways late into the evening past 11pm. If you're sensitive to noise, this is not the place to stay.nnThe room itself was fine. The bed was decent, the shower was fine. Some of the furniture, including the office chair were falling apart/ripped. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. I didn't end up eating breakfast there my second night because I did not like it nor the options they had. The restau attached to the hotel however was fantastic. Had dinner there one evening and it is fantastic and well priced.
Room was comfortable and warm..spent 2 relaxing evenings lounging out..nStaff was incredibly nice and helpful.nThe Breakfast included with your stay is by far better than any other hotel I've stayed at with a wide range of options.nnWould definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.. will be recommending to family and friends.
The bed was super comfortable, with extra fluffy pillows. The thermostat worked perfectly and the temperature was ideal. The room was clean, with crisp sheets. We were called withing minutes of entering our room to ensure our satisfaction. Our desk clerk when we checked in and the manager who helped us on check out were both superb!
I had a disappointing stay at the Quality Inn in Sudbury. The beds were very uncomfortable and extremely squeaky, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The TV in my room didn’t work, and the noise level was a big issue — you can hear everything from outside, and the hallways were very loud.nnI went down for the hot breakfast, but unfortunately the hashbrowns, eggs, and bacon were all cold. The location also isn’t in a very nice area of town, which made me feel a bit uneasy.nnThat said, the staff were very nice and friendly, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless there were improvements.
