I have been a customer of this business for over 3 years but after today I will never go back. When I came in to drop off my drycleaning, the two ladies behind the counter were arguing about something. They stopped for a brief moment so I put my clothes on the counter and explained that one button needed to be stitched back on. The lady taped the button on to the pants. At this point, instead of allowing me to finish dropping off my clothes, the 2 ladies continued to argue again. One was holding a bill in the air, and they exchanged heated words back and forth. I was getting more angry by the second wondering why they wouldn't allow me to complete my drop off first and then continue to argue afterwards since no one else was in the store. This went on for about 3 minutes at which point one lady could see I was angry and she told me they were arguing over a payment problem and wouldn't be much longer. The arguing CONTINUED on and on while I was left waiting. At the 7 minute mark I could not take it anymore. I picked up my clothes to leave. At that point, the lady IMMEDIATELY asked for my phone number to complete the drop off. (Are you kidding me?!?!? NOW you are giving me your full attention?!?!?) It was too late and I walked out. I could not believe that an argument over a payment problem was MORE important than a customer of many years! If I did not pick up my clothes in disgust, it could have been another 15 minutes of waiting before they got to me. Completing my transaction would have taken less than a minute and they could have continued on arguing for the next week for all I cared. But no, they felt compelled to make me wait while they argued. It was beyond ridiculous and one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Clearly they do not care about their customers so I will be happy to take my business elsewhere.

Always friendly. Have been going here for quite awhile for alterations for my sons school uniforms. Will not go anywhere else.

Unparalelled quality and service! I have taken them everything from simple dress shirts to recently taking them a raunchy jersey I bought off CL. For thirteen dollars they cleaned out the over a dozen stains and spots. The jersey is like new. I'm still looking at it to try and find something missed. I haven't found anything. Fantastic service. Fantastic price. Plus they text you when imyour order is ready. Highly recommended.

Brought my motorcycle jacket with big monster logo to be dry cleaned, got it back damaged and they said it was like that when i brought it in
